Review: My home was involved in an electrical fire on January 16,2014 William F[redacted] approached me that evening to work with me on behalf of my insurance company to get my house restored, right now I am having issues with him in completing the work he has used a contactor by the name of [redacted] of [redacted] Construction and his crew to reconstruct my home it is now September and they have not completed the work, I am back in the house which I was told once [redacted] came out to restore my power that the remainder of the work would be completed this was at the end of July when [redacted] restored my power, now I am having problems getting return calls and work being finished also I have found out that my mortgage company claims department was never notified of my house fire and they have not received any proceeds from Mr. F[redacted] he has forge both mine and the mortgage company names on checks that was sent to him by my insurance company Travelers he claims he had power of attorney which I have never signed any document giving that to him, right now I just want my home completed and him brought up on forgery charges. I have requested canceled checks from my insurance company so that I can see who the checks was made payable to.Desired Settlement: what ever amount I am entitled to to get my home completed by a different contractor and compensation that is rightfully mine from my insurance company that he deposited into his account
