According to the policy the claim is being processed within 10 days and that is if all the documents were all available. Well I have complied and provided all the documents along with other documents that were asked for. Each time there was a missing document and I sent the document would take them another 10 days. However, the first time however was processing the claim they just simply put that the proof of policy purchase is missing, along with other receipts which was not true because I specifically had label them for them to not have that problem. Then I had requested all the pays to be under my name. They asked a signed letter from the second person to be sent. We sent the letter. However, they had decided that just signed letter is not enough, that is after another 10 days. (their mistake for asking just a signed letter then changing their minds about it.) So I sent the notarized letter which they had requested. Process took another 10 days. In conclusion, I have been wasting 10+10 and many more days together 2 moths on the companies mistakes. I have complied with all the requirements but did not get my items delivered. Now the supervisors on the other hand I do not think have any power to expedite the claim because last time I have talked to a supervisor was a 13 days from now..
