I thought I had a "complaint" about these folks, and I voiced it on there feedback system via Trustpilot Within an hour I was phoned by the GM Mr*** *** What a wonderful experience that wasI mean this interaction was such a pleasant affair He explained a) why it appeared I might be miffed, but in fact the buying system change went into effect at 9:00am this morning and the difference between my purchase and that of my travel partner was my buy at 9:and her's at 7:30!! Next was the correct and decent resolution 1) he applogised that his staff on the phone did not offer me the earlier price and policy when I rang to "complain" as she should have I thought they had tricked me by use of cookies as other outfits do (the later policy has increased coverage areas) and 2) he put his top Miss Fixit on the line with me to give me and my partner the earlier and lower cost travel insurance coverage
These guys have earned my trust and real respect and by the way, their website is the easiest and best of the insurance company sites to use and wait for it: THE COST OF MY COVERAGE THROUGH THEM IS NEARLY HALF, REPEAT HALF, what all the other companies are charging made me smile!!

On November 2014, my wife [redacted] and I had a scheduled Mexican Rivera Cruise which we could not be a part of because of my unexpected hernia and emergency operation. We made our claim with Insure and Go USA. The application process took time because the company needed to review all of my hospital records regarding the treatment of the hernia and the hospitalization. Nevertheless, the customer service of Insure and Go was excellent. Kudos to [redacted] and [redacted] for promptly responding to my wife's calls and emails. We are pleased to state that our claimed was professional reviewed and approved. We received our check and are happy with the outcome. Thanks to all at Insure and Go.
