[redacted] did just find the [redacted] single text to him on his personal cell phone yesterday, Sept6, He called and talked to them yesterday and is working to resolve the issue The photo that was sent yesterday by the [redacted] is not clear enough to determine the issue We will discuss the issue with them further and try and determine the issue that has occurred At first glance there appears to be a 2" spot in the epoxy coating and then a smaller spot close to it that have been damaged in some way The photos do not indicate that this was caused by water under the epoxy "popping" as it would show signs of concrete damage and the concrete does not appear damaged at all in the photo We will continue to discuss the issue with the [redacted] in order to try and determine what caused the damageIf needed we will stop to look at the area and if it is determined that it is a problem that has to do with the product used or the installation of the product we will repair the issue. We did have a previous call from the [redacted] earlier this spring in regards to an area that we had apparently missed when we applied the coating The area was a line approximately 8' long that did appear to have been missed We sent the techthat had applied the floor in the first place and when he arrived it was determined that the area that had been missed and that he was there to repair was actually under a cabinet door that had been locked at the time of the work The area was under the door which appeared to be the edge of the garage wall So in fact the area was not visible to our techs during the installation process and no mention was made of the slight extension of the concrete floor underneath the locked door by the [redacted] When they called to have us re-coat the area they had only indicated that we had missed an small spot...they did not indicate that there was a locked door blocking the spot and did not mention this during any of the conversations leading up to us sending a worker to their home to cover the small spot When we talked to them about the locked cabinet door after the work had been completed they did admit that it was under a door Since that time they have told us that the door was unlocked at the time of our initial work This is not the case at allWe will correct any issues without charging the [redacted] for the work if it is determined to have been our fault or the fault of our product manufacturer If it is determined that the area was damaged by an outside force we will charge them for the repair Thank you, Bruce [redacted] - President

[redacted] did just find the [redacted] single text to him on his personal cell phone yesterday, Sept. 6, 2017.  He called and talked to them yesterday and is working to resolve the issue.  The photo that was sent yesterday by the [redacted] is not clear enough to determine the issue.  We will...

discuss the issue with them further and try and determine the issue that has occurred.  At first glance there appears to be a 2" spot in the epoxy coating and then a smaller spot close to it that have been damaged in some way.  The photos do not indicate that this was caused by water under the epoxy "popping" as it would show signs of concrete damage and the concrete does not appear damaged at all in the photo.  We will continue to discuss the issue with the [redacted] in order to try and determine what caused the damage. If needed we will stop to look at the area and if it is determined that it is a problem that has to do with the product used or the installation of the product we will repair the issue. We did have a previous call from the [redacted] earlier this spring in regards to an area that we had apparently missed when we applied the coating.  The area was a line approximately 8' long that did appear to have been missed.  We sent the tech. that had applied the floor in the first place and when he arrived it was determined that the area that had been missed and that he was there to repair was actually under a cabinet door that had been locked at the time of the work.  The area was under the door which appeared to be the edge of the garage wall.  So in fact the area was not visible to our techs during the installation process and no mention was made of the slight extension of the concrete floor underneath the locked door by the [redacted].  When they called to have us re-coat the area they had only indicated that we had missed an small spot...they did not indicate that there was a locked door blocking the spot and did not mention this during any of the conversations leading up to us sending a worker to their home to cover the small spot.  When we talked to them about the locked cabinet door after the work had been completed they did admit that it was under a door.  Since that time they have told us that the door was unlocked at the time of our initial work.  This is not the case at all. We will correct any issues without charging the [redacted] for the work if it is determined to have been our fault or the fault of our product manufacturer.  If it is determined that the area was damaged by an outside force we will charge them for the repair.  Thank you, Bruce [redacted] - President
