on Revdex.com received a phone call from consumer stating he has not received the company's written cancellation notice per his request

Yes we have sent the confirmation letter regarding the complaintWe are and always have been happy to let them proceed as they wist states that they are free of the contract and under no financial liability, which is precisely what we've stated the entire time

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

This is not a solution to any problem. You were called several times by my wife as well who at the time of calling was in Columbus Ohio. I talked to a real human person when I called. As described I still have yet to have his name because he never addressed himself as anyone. I gave this man my email to have you (matt [redacted]) or at least someone from the company to give me a call back. I am asking for you to make wise business decisions and STOP "gravy picking" all the jobs that just you are interested in. It is not fair to consumers your business or anyone else for that matter. Please have some respect for others and get the professional staff you need not just "a random person without a name" answering your phone. This does not meet my expectations and will be not resolved until things are proven to be right with your customers and the city of Gahana and Columbus. This complaint will stand for the time of complaint filled for being correctly not addressed  I am not asking for any money, just honesty and being fair to customers. Sir or Ma'am,My wife and I  tried contacting insured roofing multiple times, on different days about getting some siding fixed. They never reached either one of us back.I am trying to log this complaint as such with the company as can see history of complaints this is many of companies other similar complaints.The siding has been fixed by another contractor. My attempt is to record this complaint in the records that the infringement this company operates on of picking only the jobs they feel they can make a great amount of money on as described in original text of complaint.

We are very sorry someone didn't get back to you. Unfortunately we get almost a hundred telemarketing calls a day from our two listed numbers. We have no problem issuing a written cancellation, I have nothing in our records showing that a request was ever presented to Insured Roofing. There was an problem with our estimate, we willfully told the complaining party that they were free to use a different contractor. Free and clear, without...

attaching any bills or fees. No work was ever performed. This complaint is totally without merit.
