Below is InsureOne’s response to the complaint filed by [redacted] , ID No [redacted] “InsureOne has just learned of this complaint and we apologize for the oversight After reviewing the customer’s concerns, InsureOne issued a $refund on December 15, Please note the roadside assistance (“ [redacted] ”) was cancelled on the same day it started at the request by the consumer, so there was no coverage ever appliedThe refund of $on the initial receipt was not able to process as it should have, but we have now rectified this problemInterestingly to note, one year later, the customer renewed with InsureOne in July of 2016, and elected to have [redacted] on her policy and electronically signed the coverage InsureOne sincerely regrets the delay and apologizes to the customer for any inconvenience as a resultInsureOne makes every effort to provide excellent service to our customers and we appreciate the customer for bringing this to our attention so that we can review our process and rectify the issue.”

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I went through InsureOne, to purchase the insurance, I paid my money to InsureOne, I brought all issues to InsureOneNever once did they say "We are just the broker take it up with the company" InsureOne Were the ones who accepted my moneyInsureOne agents were the one's who repeatedly hung up on meInsureOne Management were the one's who didnt Return my call so its on InsureOne who I have had all dealing with to settle the issueJust like I paid them and they paid the agency they can refund my money and get it from the agencyI received a call from InsureOne today trying to get me to renew a policy on the vehicle that has been totaled out for almost monthsThat wasnt the agency that was InsureOne Sincerely, [redacted]

InsureOne understands the customer’s frustration, however, the customer is responsible for requesting a refund and cancelling the policy in writing. Our agents would not have any idea of the outcome of a claim. The carrier still has the policy active which means the carrier also did not return the premium to InsureOne. As a result, the customer would not receive any returned premium from InsureOne.

note the roadside assistance (“[redacted]”) was cancelled on the same day it started at the request by the consumer, so there was no coverage ever applied. The refund of $10 on the initial receipt was not able to process as it should have, but we have now rectified this problem. Interestingly to note, one year later, the customer renewed with InsureOne in July of 2016, and elected to have [redacted] on her policy and electronically signed the coverage.   InsureOne sincerely regrets the delay and apologizes to the customer for any inconvenience as a result. Tell us why here. We take great pride in assuring all customers are provided exceptional service and apologize for any inconvenience. Never once did they say "We are just the broker take it up with the company" InsureOne Were the ones who accepted my money. InsureOne agents were the one's who repeatedly hung up on me. InsureOne Management were the one's who didnt Return my call so its on InsureOne who I have had all dealing with to settle the issue. Just like I paid them and they paid the agency they can refund my money and get it from the agency. I received a call from InsureOne today trying to get me to renew a policy on the vehicle that has been totaled out for almost 6 months. That wasnt the agency that was InsureOne
