Terrible Company! Stay away
I called Insure USA, a company who had once written me a home owners insurance policy several years backTo get a quote on a new home owners policyThis was roughly May 10, I had a urgent turn around to have this policy to be issued in given that my old policy had expired and needed to avoid a lapse in my home owners policyI expressed this to the rep I spoke with over the phoneHe stated to the effect "I understand the urgency and will call you back today or tomorrow"I never heard anything back from the rep at Insure USA and got in contact with another insurance agency who got it all taken care ofThen today on July 16, I received a notification in the mail that a home owners insurance policy had been written in my name for my house
I NEVER approved this policy in any wayI was NEVER notified by Insure USA that they we going to do thisI never even got a quote for a policyI had simply inquired if to get a quote and never heard bac
