Review: On X-XX-XXXX at approximately 1700 hours, I called my insurance commerece west insurance (XXX) XXX-XXXX and was contacted by proven Insurance. I advised I wanted to add an addictional vehicle to my policy (cwsXXXXXXX)to my chevy Tahoe. The lady advised she would have to submit it to commmerece west but the insurance would be effective immediately. On X-XX-XXXX hours, I tried to call the same number above and advised they were closed on the weekends. I went on the internet for proven insurance and on service (just like this page) I advised them that I wanted to cancel the Chevy Tahoe but continue my service with my Tundra until X-XX-XXXX at 2359 hours. At approximately 1527 hours, I was contacted by [redacted] (caller id:inszoneinsur XXX XXX-XXXX). [redacted] advised he received my email. I told him that yesterday I activated the Tahoe but I now want to cancel that policy but advised him that it was submited by agency to commerece west. I told him I also wanted cancel my service for tundra effective 5-31-2013 2359 hours and cancel direct witdrawal. [redacted] asked why I wanted to cancel my service. I told him I was very unhappy with service of Commerce West. He stated he understood. [redacted] advised he will cancel the service of the Chevy Tahoe and submit it to the Commerce West. [redacted] advised I would have to write a letter in regards of termination of the Tundra and Sign it. I asked if I could type it, sign it, scanned it, and email it to him. [redacted] stated yes and he would send me letter in regards of terminating the direct witdrawl. [redacted] advised he was the only one in the office and he would be leaving at 1600 hours. I told him (as I was talking on the phone) I had the letter done and signed. [redacted] email me the letter I signed it scanned both of them and emailed it to him right away. I called him and asked if he received it. [redacted] stated he did and advised he would submit it to commerece west. Proven Insurance is now saying that they have no documentation of [redacted] calling me nor the letters and billing.

I will only pay for the 10-11 hours, the Tahoe was covered. I was told by [redacted] that he canceled the service on Tahoe and submit it to commerce west. I did everything he asked me to do. Now Proven insurance is stated they have no documentation or record of [redacted]. I proved it with email, caller id, and they still say he works on sales. [redacted] advised them he only called to confirm the service was canceled per Account Supervisor [redacted]. I told her I emailed (customer contact page) and he called me

We have thoroughly reviewed the situation in question and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the issue. We strive to ensure the highest level of service is received by every client and we have regretfully not reached our desired results in this case.

We are in attempts to contact the client to advise that the requested resolution in this matter is met by disbursing a check for the pro-rated amount that is due to him had the vehicle been endorsed off of the policy when originally requested.
