INT Supply Center

This company is a TOTAL SCAM. They send out invoices for merchandise that was never order or received. They have no web-site, email, and the phone # rings busy. BEWARE!!!!! The rating deserves a big fat zero, not even a 1.

We have never been contacted by miss Roxanne M[redacted]s until we received a letter in the mail on July 24th 2017 ,  Once the letter was received we called her immediately and asked why she had never called our customer service line , She said she did and just didn't leave a message . We explained...

that we could of resolved her concerns and refunded her money for the product once she reached out with the mistake . After asking about the person who ordered the product Miss Roxanne M[redacted] told us that person hadn't worked there for 2 years , than when pressed admitted she did work there just wasn't responsible for ordering . Than Miss Roxanne M[redacted] told us she never received the product , We than provided the UPS tracking number and proof of delivery on 6/ 27/17 . We also explained that we have a 30 day return policy but we would extend the policy to accommodate her and give her a refund for the product once we have received it . We have not heard back from Miss Roxanne M[redacted] as of 11am 7-27-17 in regards to the status of her returning the product for a refund .  We look forward to completing the refund process for miss Roxanne M[redacted] . In the future we recommending calling and leaving a message on the companies customer service line to get better results and not having to escalate an easy issue to resolve into a Revdex.com complaint . We will remove Roxanne Mennes contact and all related info from our records once the product is received and the  refund is complete .                                       �...⇄  Thanks  ,Customer Service

To resolve this issue we spoke with Mr. [redacted] directly) and discussed the situation. It was explained that the matter would have been quickly resolved had he left a message on our voicemail. We return all messages within a business day.
