I am undecided on filing a complaint but will probably do so This is my experience here and at this point I only hope to prevent this type of unethical practice in the future I will start from the beginning, my family and I have been long time customers to the tune of at least cars In May of my wife and I went in to purchase a car which we used a different sales person as our usual had retired We get to see the car and drive it however the salesman wouldn't let us open the back with the cover on or adjust one of the vents, he does it for us which I thought was odd but didn't think much of it We get to the paperwork and I am shown the front and back page of the carfax which I have seen page carfax's before so I don't think much of it and sign it AFTER the financials and everything is done on our way out the door, "oh by the way your transmission had to be removed for a repair and your car was hit on the side" Also after driving off we discover the cover for the back and the driver air vent are broken All they offer is to fix the air vent, whatever fine, since that sales guy is no longer employed we let that go Fast forward a year to present day we decide to give them a 2nd chance so we go back to look for a Ford Explorer with a twin turbo v I knew I probably couldn't afford it so I went in expecting not to leave with anything First I went on their website and found one in my budget and sure enough it says its twin turbo so I go into the dealer, they look it up and confirm yes it is The entire hours we are in this dealership we are saying that we can't believe we found a turbo vexplorer in our budget After a few days I drop something under the car and I notice there are turbos We set up a time to talk to managers which they couldn't do anything which I expected Few days later we go in to talk to the GM and was subtly rude 1st he asks me a question and laughs at my answer and 2nd his ONLY suggestion and offer is to trade this in(at a loss of course) and buy a more expensive car I don't want a more expensive car, I want my mustang that I traded in back so I can sell it for what its worth, not for the insulting amount we accepted We only accepted it because we thought it was the car we wanted I am stuck with 28,000$ of debt for a car I do not want and would NOT have purchased now
