Review: Dear Revdex.com, Good morning this 4th day of September, 2014. This letter is being written to make you aware of a complaint with the company www.[redacted].com I purchased with my [redacted] Debit card "3 POINT LIFT WITH 6-1/2' X 8' MULTI ACTION DRAG" ITEM #[redacted] as advertised. The MULTI ACTION DRAG was actually 6foot 4inches x 7foot 2inches. When I called "Ash"to tell him I wanted 8 foot which meant he had to send me another section, he accused me of trying to rip him off. I said I would send it back but the shipping was $200.00! While he was yelling at me on the phone demanding pictures, I told him I wasn't into arguing and would stop payment on my card, said good bye & hung up the phone while he was yelling. I was unable to stop payment, having "stupidly" used my debit card. I believe 8 ft. is 8 ft.!Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] to sent me my missing pieces so that I might have a 6-1/2 x 8 foot piece of equipment, beings that's what I paid for according to the advertising. If the company is unwilling to send my missing equipment, they should refund the correct amount of money for the missing inches. I would prefer the correct product and would be satisfied to receive a 6-1/2 wide by 10 inch long piece with the attachments to put on the drag {tine harrow} sitting in my yard.

Also when I tried to write a review, the website wouldn't accept my review, even after I signed in. The review site only repeatedly said I didn't fill in the appropriate boxes-which I did! I'm not interested in an apology, no need for one, I only want what I paid for.

long. After hooking these together it makes a 76” wide x 96 inch long multi

action harrow. We are selling this item on for last ten years without any complaint

from any buyer.

Review: I signed up on this company's website in order to get pricing, etc. for their products. At that time I opted out to NOT receive advertisements, etc. in my email. I received an ad from them anyway. Their ad had a statement to click on a link to unsubscribe, but there isn't any link there... clicking on it doesn't do anything. When I copied and pasted the alternate method to my browser as stated, again it didn't do anything...Desired Settlement: The company needs to ensure that when people opt out, they are truly opted out... If an email is sent with an opt-out or unsubscribe option, it NEEDS TO WORK!!

We have removed contact information in question from our database. In some of the browsers auto unsubscribe link does not work and people do reply our email to unsubscribe and we honor their request immediately. It is really very simple !!

I am rejecting this response because:

1. I "opted out" of receiving notifications when I first registered on the company website. I should not have received the email in the first place.

2. It really isn't that simple--Emailing a response to SPAM triggers more SPAM because thaat tells SPAMMERS you have an active email account.

3. The email I received listed two methods to unsubscribe, one of which is confusing and hard to follow--and I've been using computers for over 30 years, including working in Computer Security in the Army.

I spent almost an hour trying to unsubscribe, but neither worked. I use Firefox, as do millions of other people, so their website should be compatible with it. If the company has a problem with their unsubscribe link not working with some browsers, they should state that in their messages.

4. The fact I received SPAM from the company after opting out during registration, and the fact I couldn't unsubscribe after following their instructions would lead anyone to conclude that it wasn't an honest mistake, or a simple glitch with their website.
