The order was placed and shipped January 4th. It was shipped UPS Ground tracking number ***. The customer provided an incorrect shipping address and UPS corrected. The order was delivered by UPS on January 8th to the Front door of the customer's
houseWe did not hear from the customer until weeks later on February 17th that there was any issue. We provided the tracking information and proof of delivery. We have opened a tracer with UPS on February 18th to confirm via GPS location that the package was left at the front door of the customer. We are waiting for UPS to conduct their investigationIt is possible the package was stolen from the customer's delivery location. We are doing everything in our power to try an help locate the package but the customer waited weeks to notify us of any problems. This is an eternity in the logistics world

Please stop harrassing my business, I will not be bullied.

#ffffff;">The order was not received because the customer provided us an incorrect address when shopping on our website. As instructed, we shipped the to address provided. Two months later the customer provided us the correct address. While doing so they bullied us online using multiple fake accounts. They have posted lies and slander never admitting they were the reason the package was sent to the wrong address. Too much time has passed to even attempt to work with the logistics company to reroute. If the item is returned to sender we will refund.
 
June 25th: in response to the customer’s statement printed on the mailing.

This customer had a lack of communication back when they realized their error.  Months later their behavior is unacceptable and we will not work to help fix their mistakes.
