Review: On July 22nd I ordered a custom painted motor officer helmet with a quoted prep/delivery time of 21-28 days. On day 29 I contacted the vendor and spoke to [redacted] in customer service who advised the helmet was in the paint shop and I would be receiving a shipping tracking number soon. One week later nothing had arrived so I emailed. No reply, it is now beyond 42 days and I called again and was put through to [redacted]'s voicemail.Desired Settlement: delivery of order or refund of roughly 300$
