I agree that we were contracted to complete the work on the lights as per the property managers instructions, the work was completed in the suggested manner, we were never asked again to come back and do any further repairs or informed that the repairs made did not correct the issue[redacted] [redacted] was the company we worked for and we had no direct contact with the HOA.I have continually based my business model on customer satisfaction, and am heavy involved in the [redacted] if II had been made aware of further issues, I certainly would have addressed them

I spoke with the owner, MrTom Koval today and we explained our respective positions on the matter to each other I am not satisfied with his position to not refund us any money towards our overall expense, as I feel he should help defray our costs to fix what he did not do No need to pursue any further as he has refused to give us any money back
