This is complete fabrication of the truth..This Family came in on Saturday April 7th and purchased a Ford Focus Se which was on sale for plus tax and lic..After grinding the price down to we did in fact sell them the car..After little over a week they called and said the car was
giving them some issue transmission wise..I told them right away bring it down no problem I would look at it..They brought it down and I scanned it and reset the transmission and they drove away..A few days later they called back again it was giving them trouble again..I said bring it back no problem I would take it to a transmission shop we have used many times and they have always done good work for us..I took it there first thing next morning and the transmission shop said it needed a speed sensor and it was going to cost dollars..I told the transmission shop to go ahead and do it and paid in full for it.Never one time did I ask these people for money..When it was done they picked up the car and drove away..A few days later they called back again and said it was not shifting right I told them take it back to the transmission shop that I had paid and I was sure they would make it right..They called back and said that the transmission shop said the transmission was bad and they needed to be replaced..I called the transmission shop and told them to do whatever they needed to and make it right for these people and I would be there in half hour to pay for it all.I went there right away and paid another dollars to make the car right for them NEVER ONE TIME DID I ASK THEM FOR ONE CENT.........I PUT OUT OVER dollars for these people on a car they bought for 3975..This is with out a doubt the most uncalled for complaint I have ever seen

I have the vehicle in the shop as we speak as the vehicle was barely drivable and had to keep pulling over to let the transmission cool downIf it was something different y gen I would not be complaining about it but it was never returned in driving conditions

Dear Revdex.com THERE IS NOTHING FOR US TO RESOLVE..iF THIS PERSON IS NOT HAPPY THEN THEY SHOULD TAKE IT UP WITH THE TRANSMISSION SHOP..I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE THINKING BUT WE DID BEYOND WHAT ANYONE ELSE WOULD HAVE DONE TO HELP THEM IN THIS TRANSACTIO0N..There fight is not with us its with the transmission shop its not about paying for anything the entire bill was paid for them all they have to do is work with the shop that did the work we have no further involvement in this if they are chossing to do something differrent or have someone else work on there car for what ever the reason I dont know that is on them..I have paid every bill that was owed on there car and asked them for nothing..If the Revdex.com cant see what im saying im would be completely surprised..The fight was and is not with us we completely helped these people from day one.I have not talked to this Teri but I spoke with her husband several times he understood clearly maybey they need to talk to each other but we are finished with this
