Dear Mr***,I am in receipt of your recent complaint filed to the Revdex.com Typically, people complain to the Revdex.com when they are unable to resolve a problem with a company I have been made aware of the inquiry that was place on your credit report in error On behalf of Integ, I would personally like to apologize that this incident happened.The security promotion that we contacted you about via the phone is an excellent promotion but it does have qualifications Among other things, home ownership and acceptable credit are required to take advantage of the promotionThis is something that should have been explained either on the phone or in person with the Repwho comes to your home, and you should have been asked the proper questions and given consentRest assured, I will be speaking with the individuals involved to ensure that proper policies and procedures are followed in the futureI have today already sent a letter to our credit bureau [redacted] requesting that the inquiry placed on your credit report be removed.I have also sent a copy of this letter (regular mail) to your home for you to keep for future records if you need it.Once again please accept our apologies for this incident and it is my hopes that the situation should be rectified with [redacted] in the next week or soRegards, [redacted] VP Operations
