Not veteran compliance. Management not true on their word. Made a written complaint of not complying to ADA for a veteran, myself whom has physical and mental disabilities with accomodations for safety. Some Drivers broke my rollator had to get it replace due negligence in securing it properly and these drivers not safe at all. Yet I brought to the management attention and these drivers still employed there even though various complaints and one veteran was killed by one new driver too.
