they take EXTREMELY long to process claims ! Nobody gets back to you just a bunch of broken promises & fake sympathy. Worst insurance company ever . My car was vandalized & ITS STILL NOT IN THEIR SYSTEM YET & they have the worst employees! I have to be without a car , & no rental assistance in the long process ! They take long to pay your rental people & shop !

I had a fully covered car stolen from me in June 2018. It was recovered 16 days afterwards, with someone in it. 3 days after recovery, Integon deemed the car a total loss, though the damage seemed minor. Ive called NUMEROUS times over the course of about 2 weeks to receive the cars value payment, but they later determined they wanted to open an investigation. Long story short, 6 months later and dozens of unanswered phone calls turned into a claim denial because “the car could not be stolen without a key” Except, indeed it was.

It seems Integon investigated to find a reason NOT to pay out my claim, though they had ALL the proof (police reports, vehicle keys, etc) that this was a legit theft. However, when I asked for my car back they told me I’d have to pay to get it off the lot it sat on for 6 months. I called them back about a month later to inquire about the car again, and they told me it was salvaged.
They were HORRIBLE in communicating and this claim was dragged out 6 months, only for them not to pay a thing AND keep my car.
Meanwhile, I’m stuck with a $20,000 car note for a car I do not have.
