Integra Credit Reviews (%countItem)

This company approved a fraudulent loan in my name without doing any verification. Now I have had to file a police report and run through a million hoops to get my life back. All thanks to this company and their poor ethical business practice.

As noted by another reviewer, Integra gave money to an online applicant, who used my stolen (lost by Equifax several years ago) personal information.

The loan was fraudulent. Integra never:

-- called me (they had my telephone number)
-- sent me a regular letter
-- verified that the money they transferred to another bank was going to an account under MY name.

And then, after 15 months of no payment, they sent a $1700 bill (for a $800 loan) to collections agency.

Luckily, a police report and lots of calls later, Integra cancelled the loan. So, no court or lawyer costs for me (I would have forced Integra and the collection agency to prove I received the money, which I didn't and I would have won, as they knew)

But this lender is crap. I very much suspect that they KNOW that many victims of identity theft end up PAYING off the small change loans Integra offers, rather than have their credit ratings destroyed.

Moral: If Integra has allowed a fraudulent loan under YOUR name, FIGHT IT!!!!!!

On May 15th, 2020 Integra Credit decided to take it upon theirselves and pull ou an ADDITIONAL $108.20, even though this account was paid off in full on April 29th,2020. I called on May 15th and spoke to an agent by the name Dominique and was told I would receive my money back NO LATER than Tuesday. It is now Thursday 10:22pm. and NO deposit back into my account from INTEGRA CREDIT. I called on Wednesday and was PROMISED that I would have my money back by Thursday.

I received a letter from *** Global Solutions on May 2, 2020, stating that I have an account that was sent for collection. The creditor listed is Integra Credit One LLC, *** W Jackson Blvd, Ste 500, Chicago, Illinois 60606-6949. I have never heard of this company and I am a victim of identity theft. I did find out that the transaction occurred online on November 21, 2018. I have never received any notifications from Integra regarding this transaction, with the exception that this was sent to collection. If I had heard from them about this so-called installment loan, I could have addressed it immediately. I have to wonder what their online verifications are for someone to apply for a loan. I also question their business ethics. Why would a company not correspond with someone who is supposedly arrears with a loan payment? On November 27, 2018, I put a freeze on my credit as I had discovered I was a victim of identity theft through another company. When I called the collection agency, they were difficult to understand, as they are an offshore location. The bottom line is that I did not apply for this loan and I received no correspondence until May 2. Also, this fraudulent transaction does not even show up on my credit reports. This seems very sketchy to me as all of my credit shows on my reports. I have an exemplary credit record and I want this company investigated on how they loan funds and how they ensure that the person applying for the loan is legitimate. The collection agency is sending me an affidavit to file a police report. Again, why would Integra not contact someone who’s loan is in arrears? I question their business practices and ethics. Also, as this loan was electronic, they should be able to trace where the payment was sent. This has caused me much grief and concern. I appreciate your assistance.

Unfortunately, if one wishes to steal someone’s identity, both the company and the person whose identity is stolen are victims. This perpetrator committed the fraud in a manner so that communications sent by the company to the person whose identity was stolen are intercepted by the fraudster resulting in the company thinking it is communicating with the correct person and the victim never receiving the information.

open loan payment was made on February 21,2020 for $1177.74 on-line, and an auto payment was also debited from my bank account on the same date for $127.74. The total payment of $1295.48 was indicated as balance of loan for payoff. On March 20, 2020, another $127.74 was deducted from my bank account. I contacted Integra Credit on March 23, 2020 of the overpayment and the associate assured me I would be refunded the $127.74 and the account closed. As of March 30, 2020, no refund. After calling Integra Credit today, I was informed that because I paid online on the 21st of February, and the payment on the 20th of March, I would get a $23.38 credit. Account number ***/

There was a application created in my name, address, phone number, email address, but the bank info was wrong, including the account number and routing number, employment was wrong, so some how someone got a loan in my name without my knowledge , they obviously didnt verify the bank information, and/or employer info, too see if this really was me

They are continually harassing me as my account is up to date in payment. I have requested for the third day in a row that I will be taken off the autodialer. They are claiming in a recorded voice that I contact them due to the importance of the issue. There is no issue as I am up to date on payment. This is borderline daily harassment of unjustified attempt cause they will not handle business live dialing customers. There is a delay from pick up and are calling me while at work and on a work line that I did not authorize them to use.

Fast and easy! Didn't have too wait and was here the next business day.

This company contacted me via email with a letter turning me down for a loan I never applied for a loan with this company or nay other I have bad credit and I don't do that I emailed them back and my main concern at that point was that I didn't take a hard hit on my credit They replied they did indeed have an app in my name and basically if I had better credit there would now be a debt. So now I am concerned about identity theft etc so I emailed them at least ten times expressing my concern my upset and please give me some information regarding what information of mine they have I am a senior citizen age 68 I live alone I have no family or friends for the most part and SS is my only livelihood If someone has access to this information I need to know They refuse to answer They refuse to give me any further information and now laughably are falling back on the "privacy" issues I AM THE PERSON obviously they at least have my email address They keep throwing it back on me to take care of it I have already issued a scam alert on this website concerning this company and its bogus practices I did do my own research and found out this company is shady at best Its a high interest loan company that preys on people like myself Insult to injury they turned me down!! Hence the initial contact. All I asked them several times is DO YOU HAVE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION and they refuse to give me that information so I can proceed with some kind of protection They keep saying it was on online application This is not only a LIE its scary!! And they REFUSE to answer Obviously if they ran my credit they can see its poor hence the turn down Obviously if they ran my credit they have my social I cannot deal with the credit reporting bureaus myself as they charge for those services I use *** and I have already contacted them but these people need to be held accountable for whatever they are trying to do I have an unusual name there is no application CASE CLOSED!!

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because: First of all you just lied!! I am not calling you There is no reason to!! You told me in email that I was turned down for a loan due to my bad credit therefore you had to run a credit check to do that I asked you to provide me with MY OWN information if you truly have that and YOU REFUSED I NEVER refused to discuss this issue I sent you at least TEN EMAILS all I wanted to know is if you had my social security number...a simple YES or NO would have sufficed...……. I DONT NEED YOU TO PROVIDE ME WITH THAT I KNOW MY OWN NUMBER …..your *** response proves my point in my complain and I don't appreciate this AGGRESSIVE response now that the Revdex.com is involved and OH YEAH I AM SURE you make sure you "comply" with all laws and regulations I know your kind of business you "comply" but that doesnt mean your business practices are HONEST and above board You rip off people that are poor and you offer loans with over 300% interest That is "legal" loan sharking and companies ilke yours abound .....being compliant with laws and regulations...ok then....so what??…….That was NEVER the issue The issue is...…….. I GOT AN EMAIL FROM YOU FIRST.... the email was in my spam folder it stated that you DENIED me a loan...... I never applied for a loan and from my first email to you I said at least five times before you ever responded I DONT EVEN KNOW WHO YOU ARE....your form letter response Thank you for your business...please call...is no response at all Thanking me for my business??? What business???? ………... Therefore my complaint stands as you have just proven my point Thanks for that DO NOT RESPOND TO ME again on here or otherwise...……. I am not interested in your bogus lies claims excuses or your attacks on my character I NEVER REFUSED to talk to you I just said I AM NOT CALLING and you said you CALLED me so ……. I asked you for the phone number you called and you refused to answer even that......then repeating...... SAYING YOU TRIED TO REACH ME BY PHONE is a LIE....calling a phone number is not a guarantee you are trying to reach ME...….. How would you do that since my phone number changes constantly I don't have an established phone number I use throw away phones and half the time those aren't even working....and THATS WHY I AM NOT CALLING YOU I don't want you having my number...for what reason? And I am already upset how is TALKING to you is solving anything????? What are you going to say to me on the phone you haven't already said You are going to deny me satisfaction you are NOT going to answer my questions ...and I am NOT asking you for any information...I just wanted to know if you have my social and if you have a phone number what is it?? How is this violating privacy issues?? Not to mention you already violated MY PRIVACY several times and are doing it again...…. I asked at least three times to provide the number you called so I could verify you are not breaking any "privacy" laws by providing me with

my own number I AM DONE I care not anymore you have been reported for the bogus company you are and FYI I found out your company is listed on *** which I asked you several times if the information came from them and you wouldn't answer that You refused to answer the very questions that would verify YOUR IDENTITY as any kind of business legit or otherwise GO AWAY!!!
Sincerely,

Boydette

Zero stars would be appropriate!!!! Interest is $8 per day which is more than the payments you make. AVOID AT ALL COST- DO NOT USE EVEN AS LAST RESORT!!!!!!!

I wish there was a way to leave a 0 star review! Got a loan with this company back in January of 2019 and paid the loan off and have tried to reloan through them several times since and they decline all my applications since my first loan and have never sent me a reason as to why they won't loan to me again! Will never loan from them again and will spread the word that they are a horrible company to deal with!!!!!!

Terrible experience! I was approved for a refinance, was given the date fund would be deposited, etc. However, I never received the funds. Although I never received the funds, they charged my account with a refinance Interest charge - which OVERDREW my account.
I called repeatedly and to no avail it has gone unresolved. I have spoken with multiple representatives, a supervisor by the name of Nicole, etc. The only answer anyone could give me was that this was a 'TECHNICAL ISSUE', and that they were working on it. It has been over a week and I have yet to receive a viable solution. Yesterday (Wednesday, December 18, 2019), I spoke with someone named Kim - who told me there was a link I could access once I logged into my online account, where I could go ahead and request the funds, and that Nicole had left notes regarding. I logged in while she was on the phone and this was NOT the case at all. There was no link like she indicated.
I asked her about it and she placed me on hold, came back to the phone a few minutes later and says I will have to reapply. I then asked, what about REIMBURSEMENT for the charges and overdraft fees that are no longer applicable, because I NEVER received the funds? I informed her that Nicole, the supervisor indicated I would be reimbursed. KIM's response was that Nicole does NOT have the authority to make that decision.
Now, keep in mind that I repeatedly asked Kim for a supervisor/manager, and she indicated Nicole was one and had left notes that funds were available to me. However she never connected a manager on the phone line with me. Instead she told me that I have to start over and request refinance that I was previously approved for, and that I also needed to show proof that they overdrew my account and charged me. After over a week of no answers, this is how I was responded to.
I no longer have the desire to reapply after an experience like this. This is unacceptable and ridiculous.

Please contact us at and ask to speak with a supervisor who will be able to address your concerns.

Do not go with them under any circumstances. I was approved to refinance my loan but NEVER Received the money after being approved. after 3 days of trying to find out why they only say there was a glitch in the system and most our customers did not receive funds. Ok so can we resolve this? Basically they keep saying we are trying to figure out the issue and the woman repeated the fact that most customers this week did not receive any funds.

I've been trying to reach them to get the pay off amount for my loan. They say it's an open line of credit and won't give me a pay off amount. A Supervisor was supposed to call me back and never did.

I took out a installment loan with Integra, in September I reached out to company asking for help over the month of October as I was not able to make my payment. I was assured that my next payment would not be due until 10-31. On 10-17 the debited my bank account which caused me a 30.00 overdraft fee. I instantly contacted them. Was assured they would refund my payment as well as my overdraft fee in 2-3 business days. On 10-18 I reached back out to be advised they would issue my payment back but not my overdraft that would be credited toward my balance. On monday 10-21 I followed up to be told it takes 2 full business days for the payment to clear and then time to process refund but that it was on it's way. I was told this again tuesday and Wednesday, on Thursday I reached out again to be told that they're working to resolve the issue... no longer stating I would receive a refund but that the supervisor wouldn't process the refund and it had to be sent to upper management. Today 10-25 I reached out again and told that upper management has not reviewed my account yet but that I would hear from someone when they do.
This is a horrible way to run a business based on trust. I was honest with them and they withdrew money from my account without authorization after stating they would not and now are refusing to refund the money they were not authorized to take.

One of our Call Center Managers contacted Ms. earlier this week and carefully explained the payment processing that occurred on her account this month. The refund she requested was already in process at the time the complaint was filed. As of today, she has received the refund and we have adjusted her next payment due date. We feel this customer complaint is fully resolved and encourage Ms. to contact us if she has any further questions or concerns regarding her account.

the payment that were collected from my checking account on 8/5/19 were supposed to be cancelled. I had called and informed the employee that the payment needed to be canceled. she had said it would be canceled this was on 8/2/19. The employee had also requested me to pay the minimum balance due which was suppose to be 114.72 and told me that was due on the 3rd. So I then went the next day to go ahead the 114.72 online and I selected minimum payment due. Instead it charged me the 250 dollars.
I noticed these charges on 8/6/19. I called they said they would not refund anything. I am seeking repayment of the funds taken from my account that should have been cancelled.
