This is in response to the complaint about failure to file the vehicle title paperwork.  On July 8, 2015 I received a call from the customer asking about what happened to his title paperwork.I explained that I would do some research and call him back.In my finding I found the...

following:1.      [redacted] finance would not finance because the customer refused to supply personal references on the credit application. When I called the customer back with this information he said SO IT IS MY FAULT. I explained that I did not want to argue I was explaining what I had discovered on the delay of his paper work.2.      Integra Motorsports was in the middle of a move from Gypsum to Glenwood Springs. We found that some of the title work had our old address and some had the new address.  As a result the customer was charged State and [redacted] county taxes. He was refunded the [redacted]County taxes with a note explaining that [redacted] County would be collecting the County and city taxesat the time of registration. The paper work did not go to the wrong county.  [redacted] County returned the paperwork for thecorrections to be made. We issued a statement of fact for the address varianceand [redacted] County accepted the paperwork. [redacted] County has all the paperwork and when I checked on July 8, 2015 they were ready to completethe paperwork and issue the title and registration. I would like to apologize at this time for the delay in your paperwork.  I know time is precious to all of us and thefact that you had to go to the County four times with no results is inexcusable and for this we are truly sorry for wasting your time.
