NuCare Pharmacy and Integra Partners Customer Service
What ##itty customer service from Integra. So angry with them and NuCare. Going on since last year. No matter how many times I called NuCare, the provider of a scooter, they just ignore you and do what they want. Trying to reach the CEO to no avail. Call Customer Service and you hang on very long before they answer. Integra is only interested in building their partners and care nothing for their members. My scooter problem started last year. NuCare are a bunch of dummies and they lie. Last item was for my doctor to send a letter for an evaluation of the scooter (not the one I ordered) that I fell with BC. My doctor did, called 24 hours later as told to do and NuCare assured me it sent it on to BC. A BC employee called to see how everything was and I asked him when was the evaluation going to be sent and he informed me they had no script requesting the evaluation! The employee told me to call member services and file a complaint. Called NuCare and told them everything for the umpteenth time and told them I would file a complaint and she said to hold on, she would call NuCare. While I held on for quite a while, I was disconnected! She never called back. Just tried to call Integra and held on for a long time but hung up because I don't need to hear your ads about joining as a partner. I'm a disabled 90 year old woman and use the scooter to buy my food. The scooter doesn't have enough street clearance and battery is not adequate. NuCare took my money quick enough (last year) and I paid $240 for a very dangerous scooter in downtown Manhattan. I AM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH BLUE CROSS! Terrible customer service - lies, no followup.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE FRIGGIN WORLD, AND THEY LIE TOO MUCH
THE CALL TAKERS WILL HANG UP, LIE AND CLAIM EVERYONE ELSE INCLUDING YOU (THE PATIENT) IS AT FAULT, THEY LOSE YOUR PAPERWORK, THEN MAKE LIKE THEY KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN. I'M SUING THE HELL OUT OF THEM!

Review: A customer service personelle from the Integra Partners, [redacted] ###-###-#### and ###-###-#### was suppose to come to my house to take measurements for my shoes that my doctor requested for his [redacted]. This person called to come to my home on June ** but my daughter told him I was out of town and suggested if he can come the following Tuesday on June [redacted]. He called my daughters phone on June **, 2013 at 10:37am and ask if I will be home so we made an appointment with him saying he will be at my home at 5:00pm to do my measurements. I waited for this person until 8:00pm and tried calling him which he turned off his phone and never showed up to my house, he made no attempt to call to cancel with me as I was to cancel my further plans waiting for him. The next day he called again stating he's coming right away without me being aware about this ahead of time. As he was on the phone with me I begin to tell him I was trying to get in contact with him to confirm if he really was coming after he missed his 5:00pm appointment with me and if he couldn't make he should've just call me to let me know. After that he got extremely nasty with me, stating that he does not have to do anything he doesn't want to, he has better things to do, he doesn't care he has money and have two houses that he owns. He said so what if I called and his phone was off, deal with it and continue to speak to me very rude and was raising his voice over the phone and then ended the conversation with "go screw yourself" and hung up the phone on me. He refuses to give me his name but I do have his phone number which is ###-###-####. I was in total shock, I felt so belittled and harassed over the phone and could not believe that this person from Integra Partners treat customers like this. I tried calling the company to make a complaint about my experience and they totally disregarded my complaints and tried to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. I am 59 years old and don't want this to happen to any other [redacted]. The company treated me unfairly and didn't want to hear anything I had to say.Desired Settlement: I want my measurements taken by another costumer service personnel without them harassing me over the phone.
