The client, in essence is correct here, in the fact that she has incurred the services of different companies, and those different companies are relating to her, the services performed by each Integra Student Services offer's processing services to people that call our company and desire our services We also offer 3rd party financing, for client's who are not in a position to pay the fee, for our services upfront We notify all of our "financing" clients that, that a credit check will be performed, just as if the client were approaching a bank to finaance an Home Loan, or an auto This Credit Check is performed by Equitable Acceptance Service Corp This client agreed to the terms and conditions of our services Signed a contract with us, as well as E.A.S Once the client agreed to the terms of the Financing, our company performed the services requestfull Integra Student Services has fulfilled our contractual obligation to the client, in it's entirety The Client has recieved (or is recieving) the benefit of our services currently We are happy to Provide to the Bureau: Copies of ALL contracts involved, signed and dated A copy of the clients Recorded Compliance call, where The Client is verbally agreeing to all of the terms and conditions involved with the Finance Option that the Client agreed to, upfront Our Refund Policy and any additional information that they may request.Integra Student Services has no ability whatsoever to "remove" a credit check Because I.S.Shas no contract with the credit bureaus, and does not directly deal with those Credit Bureaus, we have no ability to satisfy this clients request in that regard In regards to the "Refund Request" that the client has made Because this client chose to incur a Finance Contract for our services, we have no ability to refund this client's loan Again, this client has chosen to borrow, from a third party, the fee's required to have our comapny provide our services, to this client We have no ability to require a refund be made, by an 3rd party organization We are happy to look at any realistic solution, in order to help this client feel better about our Company, and the agreement that they entered into: Such as, an extension of service's But we cannot force or require, a 3rd party organization to terminate a contract between itself and this client

We have no record of the complaintant and have no way of accessing records for anyone other than our direct consumers. However, there are various problems with this persons complaint. First, it is impossible that this person "Received an Email from our company" our company does no... email advertising whatsoever. Never has. We only do Internet Banner Advertising to generate inbound phone calls. As far as gathering information, that is correct, without it it would be impossible to make representationsas to our processing service outcomes. this client can rest assured that all of thier information is sitting on the servers of a multi-Million Dollar California based CRM company that offers the highest encryption available to the civilian financial services world. Infact many banks use the same CRM service as Integra Student Services. I.S.S. NEVER sells or relays our client information for any reason whatsoever. We never monetize or "re-work" our client base. We only provide processing services for D.O.E. related applications. If any furthur "Vetting" of our systems and their security is necessary by the BBB in order to verify our claims, we are happy to open our doors to you.

I am rejecting this response because: The business NEVER contacted me to re-send the documentation, I contacted FAFSA myselfThey claim I paid for their services when the consolidations of my loans was one phone call away from me calling FAFSA because they do it for you for freeI have the contract and the documentation that shows all of the inaccuracies on my file ( they entered incorrect family size, rent and income) When I contacted Integra a few months ago because I realized I had a loan I told them about my new payments, and they asked me to lie about my family size to bring my payments back to zero and I refused. They told me I would make $payments for years and that if Fed loan saw I made them on time they will qualify me for loan forgiveness, they never disclosed interestThey claim to record calls, I ask the business to provide the phone calls, that confirm everything I'm sayingI received an email where they accuse them of being a SCAM, and if all of their customers were so happy with their services they would have an A + IN Revdex.com not a B - which shows the lack of integrity, commitment and bad image. Being the loan through a third party is not my problem, they are the ones who offered the loan to me without disclosing it, not equitable acceptance, and they c

Upon furthur review of complaint ***We have searched both our client CRM units and can find no record of this person, nor her phone number. I had indicated that we had purged her from our database, based on my instructions to our front office. The entirety of this clients services were fulfilled. We produced all of the clients documents, provided them to the client for DOE submission and (as expressed by this client) the client is enjoying their newly structured payments with FAFSA. The client is paying FAFSA because of
the documents and programs that we produced for the client.In regards to the loan that the client mentioned, being a third party lender, we simply have no way of addressing or removing any services that provider rendered. Being the recipient of a portion of the loan proceeds, we would be happy to supply all of the documents signed by the client, complete w SignbyX and I.Paddress verification.This client has received the benefit of our services, and we are happy to provide document provision services to this client over the next years. The client has, however changed the information required for us to provide the "free service" for production and provision to the DOE. Based on the amount of money that this client is saving viz the Federal Programs they elected to become apart of, We would ask that this single complaint, (out of thousands and thousands of customers), be removed. If they elect to approach their lender with Revdex.com complaints, or worse, we feel it unfair based on the fact that they willingly entered into a contract, reviewed and signed that contract and are now enjoying the service and savings produced by our company. Complaint #*** ***Revdex.com,Due to the nature of Ms*** allegations regarding the services provided by our company, and the company itself, we are taking the very unusual step of providing to you all of the interior documentation that was collected and signed by Ms*** at the inception of the arrangement. I spoke with your agent there on Thursday and discussed this step, being assured that the utmost discretion would be applied to this particular case.You will see clearly that Ms*** gave us authority to act in her behalf in order to process and facilitate the processing of her loans We cannot, nor do we ever represent interest rates offered by Fed loans or its affiliates, you will see in the documents signed my Ms*** a completedisclosure outlining this fact.Ms*** representations of a monthly fee are completely erroneous. We charge a time upfront fee. Ms*** Chose to finance that fee through a 3rd party lender. The lender that she used is a reputable, year old, family owned nationally recognized institution. We have included the contracts Ms ***signed, as well as the recorded oral agreement outlining in clear detail the fact that she was now involving companies, rather than just one, to provide services to her.Her insistence that this was somehow a scam, or unknown to her is unreasonable.You will notice a servicing agreement signed by Ms *** to our then Processing Company, Processing Concepts, in California. Ms*** blocked Processing Concepts from being able to fully complete the work assigned to them, by us, by changing her FAFSA Identification Login's that allow the processing company to actually process the paperworkcontracted by Ms***. The claim that some Nefarious or illegal action has taken place, is simply wrong. This is outlined by the plethora of Contracts, Documents and Disclosures presented to, and signed by Ms***.While it is our desire to complete the follow up work that Ms*** contracted us to complete, based on our contract, we have no obligation to do so. Ms*** has removed our ability to act in her behalf. The paperwork we process is for programs offered by the Federal Government, and is accessible to anyone, without paying any fees whatsoevoutlined in the first sentences of three of our contracts, and the first sentence of the recorded Contract, many, many people choose services such as ours in order to navigate the immense amount ofpaperwork required by the Government.We are willing to offer a reconciliation with Ms *** and will willingly process her ongoing FAFSA programs for an additional years if she desires. In order to do this, Ms*** wouldneed to give us access to her FAFSA account, and allow us to restructure her account, as many things have changed within the guidelines of these programs since Ms*** initiallyapproached our company for it's services.We wanted to provide the supporting documentation to the Revdex.com in order that they can better understand the extent and diligence apply in order that circumstances such as these not arise at all. The complaintant states that we are continuing to call her from a 757-821-telephone number Integra Student Services only takes inbound calls from direct advertising sources We use no dialing systems whatsoever We do no telemarketing It would seem that the consumer in
this instance has responed to more than (just our) advertising, and has found her telephone number associated with a company that has mass outbound calling capabilities We have no (757) exchanges associated with our company, using only direct numbers from the area codes that we are located within. We beleive that if the consumer were to answer the call from the "757" telephone number and request to be removed from their contact systems, this would remedy the issue Another more permanent solution would be to go to the Federal Governments DNC registration website and register her number on the page Any reputible marketing organization scrubs all of their contact data against this database.While we do make it a practice to follow up with prospective clients, again, these calls would come from an exchange We will remove the clients telephone number from our databases, insuring that no contact whatsoever will occur on some future date, from Integra Student Services, for any reason

Ms [redacted] contacted our company initially, to have us evaluate her ability to enter into the William D Ford act program that the DOE offers.  After consulting with our representative, Ms [redacted] proceeded to contract with our company to produce all of the paperwork necessary in order to complete...

this process (which is extensive) and ensure that she would be properly entered into and accepted by the DOE into the new program.   The paperwork that we provided to Ms [redacted] took her stdent loan balance of $44,379.00 (with a payment due of approximately $440) to a $0.00 monthly payment.  Ultimately saving her well over a $75,000 in payments and interest over the life of the loan term.Our company (at that time) charged a fee of $1314 for the processing of this paperwork.  The fee is for a single year of paperwork processing, and is fully refundable if the paperwork that we produce does not result in acceptance to the DOE program as outlined by our representative.  Ms [redacted] submitted her paperwork and was accepted into the program, her loans were consolidated and her monthly payment dropped a net total of $0.00.  We offer third part financing services for clients who may not have the $1314 available at the time of the consultation, but who are desirous of our services, which Ms [redacted] elected to use. The monthly payment for this finance contract is the $39 that Ms [redacted] refers to, but this contract is not held in house, we have no oversight or control over this third party company.  The finance company paid us for the contract that was produced for, and signed by Ms [redacted], (complete with a 100% money back guarantee, which ms. [redacted] did not enact).  The services have been rendered by our company and now Ms [redacted] enjoys the benefit of those services.  in fact we are now re-certifying Ms [redacted] for this coming year at no charge to Ms [redacted] whatsoever, ensuring that her $0.00 payment continues for this coming year.Ms [redacted]'s statement concerning Integra Student Services not being "qualified with any Federal Loan Programs" is correct, as we do no consolidations ourselves, but merely work with the DOE and servicers, producing the necessary paperwork on our clients behalf.  It is no surprise to us that a representative at an enormous company like Nehlnet, would have no knowledge of us.  The do however accept our paperwork, as in the case of Ms [redacted].  We have no ability or authority to make a refund for a third party company, or remove a credit reference for a third party company.   If Ms [redacted] would like to be more clear as to the nature of her complaint (as we have fully rendered the services which she requested,and are now providing free services to her) we would be happy to address them.  We do however have to be given a framework to work within that is reasonable and executable for our company, which her requests here are not.   It is our only desire that Ms [redacted] be happy knowing that we are fulfilling the contract that she willingly and knowingly entered into with our company.  We are going above and beyond for Ms [redacted], and will continue to do so.
