Integra Tire

July 26th 2013, We put our [redacted] in to the named business for a wheel alignment.It was a Friday afternoon. The vehicle was returned to us the same day and after a short test drive we took it back to the business as the steering wheel was crooked and it pulled to the right. We were told to bring it back the following Monday. On the Monday, we took it back for a re-alignment. On picking it up, we were met by the owner, [redacted] who informed us that he had removed the alignment cams because it wouldn't align with them on. I asked for them back and he said he had tossed them in the garbage.We put new tires on the vehicle in October and by the beginning of this month, the tires were scrubbed bald. I took it back to Integra tire on Friday of last week for them to check it over under warranty, only to be told that it needs a set of alignment cams, as it can't be aligned without them and it will be $300 to do this. I told him that I shouldn't be paying for this as he removed them when he aligned it. He denied this, so I asked him how he could've aligned it the first time if they were missing. He said, well, that's where we're at with it, so if you want to book it in, let me know. I don't see why, we should be paying him to repair it, as he removed them in the first place, and secondly, we've had to pay for replacement tires, as his gross imcompetence has caused premature wear on the ones we had recently bought. I told [redacted] I would pay for two tires even after that length of time.
