Cigar Lighter Warranty Instructions do not match companys policies.
I received 2 lotus cigar lighters in Oct 2016 and signed up for the companys lifetime warranty program using the link they provided. In April 2017 both lighters were sent in for warranty repairs along with a check for 10$ to cover postage (rediculous since it only cost me 3$ to mail the lighters to them and each lighter new costs 10$ each). I received a call on Apr XX XXXX stating that the shipping is 10$ PER LIGHTER and that I needed to to send them 10 more dollars! I could have just as easily bought two new lighters! What kind of warranty is this???
I sent in 10$ to cover postage for 2 new lighters under their lifetime warranty program and thats what I expet, 2 new lighters! Mine were not even a year old. On leaks and the other will not light.
