Integrated Bodyworks Massage

Review: I was given a one hour massage gift certificate as a gift from my sister in law. Called the number on the gift certificate 4 times and left a message over a two week period and went into the business and talked to [redacted]'s associate and told her I wanted to use the certificate for a massage. Never got a call. I then sent a text asking her why she want responding and she stated she was to busy to help me out. Said she would give me a refund and refuses to answer my calls and texts even though she stated in a text that u have she would ensure a full refund. My problem is don't sell gift certificates and take people's money if you don't want to perform the service. It's only about $65 but it's the principal of the matter. I hold her it was a bad way to run her business and treat people this way
