The account in question still shows a balance on the hospital system of $The comments state that it is the deductible amount after health insurance paid their portionHowever, because of the amount of the bill , we will delete the credit bureau entry

This gentleman contacted us on 02/27/and requested we validate the debtsHe also sated that "I AM WILLING TO PAY AS SETTLEMENT FOR THIS DEBT IN RETURN FOR YOUR AGREEMENT TO REMOVE ALL INFORMATION REGARDING THIS DEBT FROM THE CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIESIF YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS, I WILL SEND CERTIFIED PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF PAYABLE TO AMERICAN ADJUSTMENT BUREAU IN EXCHANGE TO HAVE ALL INFORMATION RELATED TO THIS DEBT REMOVED FROM ALL OF MY CREDIT FILES" We not agree We sent him a copy of the charges on 02/27/
