As a car purchaser, under the [redacted] Certified car programme, we found issues with our car even when we went to pick it up, that the Sales Manager tried to bodge but eventually agreed to repair.
From then, we had [redacted] failed promises and were passed around from the Sales Manager to the Operations manager who all promised to rectify the problem, but all let us down.
We absolutely loved the car, and if they had fixed the problem as promised and up to the standard of a [redacted] certified car, we would still own it. My last conversation was with the 'New' Sales manager who again promised to order the damaged Wheel, IF I retracted my threat of legal action, to which I agreed. He said he would contact me for fitment when it arrived. That was back in April, and it is now October.
We have been so unhappy with the service of Carling [redacted], in particular the lies and underhanded treatment from [redacted], Bob C[redacted], that we have not enjoyed the ownership experience [redacted]
