After searching and getting quotes from several contractors to do my basement foundation work, I am certainly glad I chose Seagate Their quote was not the lowest but it was extremely reasonableI had to change the start date twice and they didn't mind one bit They were very flexible and had open communication The workers were very, very careful carrying buckets and buckets of broken up concrete from our basement outside to their truck and needless to say, I was worried because we just had a new front door installedThere wasn't a scratch to be found The workers were very nice and cordial Though I had most of the items in the basement covered with plastic, they went ahead and hung up their own to protect my belonging even more This showed they caredThey finished the job right on time even though I hadn't done quite enough "clearing out" for them Didn't hear a word of complainingThey said they would mail me the warranty the day after they finished and sure enough, I received it right on time This also tells me that the staff within Seagate is just as reliable as their outside workersLong story short, I would DEFINATELY recommend Seagate if you have any work to do
I had a problem with a roof that another company installed I was having a discolored/wet section in hallway ceiling upstairs This company came out multiple times and could not find leak They stated nothing was on the rafters in attic showing water penetratingI finally realized they were never going to solve this problemI called Seagate and with minutes after arrival [redacted] found the problem Exhaust fans were vented to attic and in winter condensation formed on them and dripped down on ceiling on warmer days Seagate vented outside and guess what no more leaks Thank you Seagate for your quick and professional service
I needed a couple leaks in my roof fixed right away Seagate did a good, prompt job right from the start, with the initial phone call to the end result of the leaks being fixed with no problems since I was very pleased
They did everything they said and some things that were not in contract will call them for any more things we need done and basement wall looks great and is staying dry
They fixed the problem, and the complaint I filed on sept 8, has been resolved, All is done, and I am satisfiedand they did this very quickly and @ a fair price
