I apologize the first response was not responding to the right party The complainant was in our office May 19, for a consultation with our director The director accepted him into care and they agreed on an month no interest program We than got him approved on the no interest program through [redacted] at which the complainant changed his mind and decided not to come into care I have enclosed an attachment in which he was approved for $for months with no interest May 19, at 3:22pm and when he changed his mind was refunded back the $at 3:36pm No credit was ever used

As outlined in the police complaint, I never authorized a credit card . I have never seen the "sales draft" or the " refund" form before this morning when I opened this email. WHAT I SEE IS A CONTRACT WITH NO SIGNATURE this indicates that I never signed itThis means they stole my ID. They maxed out the credit card they opened without my consent, and requested a credit line increase, this lowered my credit scoreI expect nothing from this company. But I expect the Revdex.com to lower there rate to an FI have filed a police report in my home town , and have been advised to seek out the white collar crime division of the *** PD

interest program through [redacted] at which the complainant changed his mind and decided not to come into care.  I have enclosed an attachment in which he was approved for $4500 for 18 months with no interest May 19, 2017 at 3:22pm and when he changed his mind was refunded back the $4500 at 3:36pm.  No credit was ever used.
