Well what happen to the agreement about the businesses letting us pay the insurance first and the only paper she signed was to give them permission to to the injections on herAnd how is it possible for a clinic to not have all the equipment for a paitiont on her appointments when they new what was going onAlso she never asked to do her both her hips and her nees together at allAnd why send her right to collection when they never sent her bills through the timeAnd it hasn't really been months it been a yearAnd the last time they changed the injection and they knew that they hurt one of her muscle and they still put another injection on that hip leaving her not to be able to walk for around months cause of the pain and right now she still can't walk well and her pain has worsen, tooAnd the last injection of hips they changed the companies of the medication cause it was cheaper and that confused me because they told me about the one they started me with and then they told her that the new medication was genericShe told them and had a littler argument with them cause she has problems with generic medicen And they told her she didn't have to worry about anything cause it has the same products And I told them I was trusted them cause I thought I was gonna be fine for a couple of mouths to a yearBut it didn't help not even a month And I called them and they told me cause they said it from the beginning and it was a lie cause they insure her that she was gonna get better but it was all a lie for her to go in for the medication How do they think I'm going to pay alot of money if I wasn't going to get at least a bit better I went to a doctor in Utah and he insured me that the treatment that he was doing wasn't going to help me And I believe that when a person insures you something they should be honest about it and not steal money if they know it's not going to work for themThat is why I am upset cause it didn't even last Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meSincerely, *** ***

This is not the correct venue for a patient to display her concerns over a bill that she owes or display her Health information. She has willingly shared her health information for many people to see. With that being said we have signed agreements for all the services that [redacted] agreed to...

pay. [redacted] is a delightful person and she knew on her second to last visit what her total owed would be and [redacted] stated that she would pay she just needed to wait a month. As far as the 18 months that is with [redacted]'s financing company. [redacted] paid for part of her care using a financing company, the company gave them 0% interest and 18 months to pay that back. [redacted] and her daughter knew that there was still an outstanding bill with Integrated Health.  It has been well over a month and now [redacted] is not wanting to pay her medical bills which is why [redacted] was sent a collections letter. Everything was provided to [redacted] as agreed. As far as her claim that supplies were not available that is not true. The practitioner will not inject her knees and her hips on the same day. This is done to ensure that if the patient were to have a reaction it would be minimized by only treating one area at a time. If both knees and hips were done and the patient was extremely sore after words it would make it extremely difficult for the patient to be mobile. The practitioner will perform procedures in the least invasive procedure and manure as possible. Supplies were there and ready to go for [redacted]. The only thing that the front desk gal went to walmart for was an extra Pillow because [redacted] said she was uncomfortable with the pillows that the practitioner had for her. So a trip was made to supply her with an additional pillow to make her more comfortable. So this was not done to postpone however to help make the procedure more comfortable for [redacted]. [redacted] is more than welcome to complain as much as she would like. This does not change the fact that during all of the procedures [redacted] stated that she was satisfied and that she would pay her bill. It is well past the time frame for [redacted] in paying her bill. This complaint along with the bill will be sent to collections if we do not hear back from [redacted] within 7 business days. The bill is due in full. Thank You.
