Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: when I called her office in January she clearly stated to me that the fee was $Several times I asked if it was all I needed to get a divorce done she informed that was the only fee I will pay to get the divorce done , and it will take about months for the divorce to finalizeShe even told me when I come to the office not to say anything for she didn't charge me for postage and that it was a special rate for meI would have never gave her $just for her to do the paperworkI'm not confused at all she clearly told me that was all I needed to get my divorce doneHer ad is very misleading as it said " no hidden fees, and money back guaranteeI deserved my money back because she never explained to me there were other fees Regards, [redacted]

Several times I asked if it was all I needed to get a divorce done she informed that was the only fee I will pay to get the divorce done , and it will take about 2 months for the divorce to finalize. She even told me when I come to the office not to say anything for she didn't charge me for postage and that it was a special rate for me. I would have never gave her $399 just for her to do the paperwork. I'm not confused at all she clearly told me that was all I needed to get my divorce done. Her ad is very misleading as it said " no hidden fees, and money back guarantee. I deserved my money back because she never explained to me there were other fees.
