I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: IRETURNED TO MY OWN MACHANIC AT CASARELLA'S ON ** * *** *** ** *** *** *** *** TELEPHONE NUMBER ***I WAS IN FORMED BY THE MECHANIC THERE THAT WHEN THECAR WAS HOOKED UP TO THE DIAGONIC MACHINE THAT THE GROUNDING WIRE WAS NOT CONNECTED TO THE BATTERY AS IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN WHEN THE BATTTERY WAS REPLACED BY THE MECHANIC FROM R.J.T SERVICE STATIONI WAS FORCED TO GO TO ANOTHER MECHANIC AND I WAS TOLD TO RETURN TO PAY $FOR THIS SERVICEI WILL BE GOING BACK TO HAVE THIS DONEI AM ASKING FOR THIS FEE OF $TO HAVE THIS PERFORMED AT CASARELLA'S OR BMW TODAY FROM R.J.TSERVICE STATION BECAUSE THEY CAUSED THIS PROBLEM WHEN THEY CHANGED MY BATTERY AND DID NOT COMPLETE ATTACHING THE GROUNDING WIRE AS THEY SHOULD HAVEMRTUGLIONE WAS NEGLECT IS DETECTING THIS ROUTINE PROBLEM THAT HAPPENS WHEN A BATTTERY IS CHANGEDTHIS PROBLEM SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE BY R.J.T AS PART OF A BATTERY REPLACEMENT WITHOUT AN ADDITIONAL EXPENSE TO METHE POLICE AND THE HOLDING OF MY CAR WAS UNECESSARY SINCE I HAD PAID BY A VALID CHECKI HAD BEEN TREATED INAPPROPIATELY AS A CUSTOMER AND WAS ASKED TO PAY ADDITIONALLY FOR EXPENSES THAT WAS CAUSED BY THEIR PERSONALTHIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND I SHOULD RECEIVE A LETTER OF APOLIAGE AND A CHECK OF $TO PAY FOR THIS SERVICE FROM CASARELLA'S

*** *** vehicle was determined to have a bad battery and it was replaced via our mobile battery service programAfter the installation of the battery the road service driver informed her that the dash lights were inoperative and it may be possible that a blown fussed had caused the problemHe
advised her to bring the car to our repair facility to have the car checkedAfter checking we determined that the issue was in fact two blown fussesWe advised her that the blown fusses had nothing to do with the battery installation but we would replace them at no chargeAfter the fusses were replaced the mechanic determined that the computer was showing fault code and if *** *** wanted us to check further there would be a charge to continueShe declined to pay and informed us she was going to stop payment on the check she issued to us for the batteryWe required her to pay for the battery in cash and she called the police in protestShe has since taken her car to her own mechanic and we advised her mechanic to contact us in the event that her mechanic feels there was any problem with the battery or fuse installation
