I hardly know where to start!  And first of all, as far as I can recall this is the first time anyone has ever filed ANY complaint against me or my business in about 15 years!  I do have a Master Certified Tech rating and have been thoroughly trained and do know what I am talking about and...

my technician certainly She brought this coach in with all the wiring disconnected and hanging out all over.  NONE of the systems worked.  We tested each one and found that several things were wrong.  The factory (unless someone else messed with this) didn't wire it correctly. Did that burn up the board in the inverter?  Hard to say.  They had all the circuits in the RV going through the inverter including the A/C.  This was only a 1000 watt inverter.  Barely big enough to run most microwaves, much less anything else.  I tried to find out if it could be rebuilt and was told by the Service Center that there were no parts for that and don't bother sending it in.  I relayed this to [redacted] and told her I would try to find a good buy on the next larger unit.  Not much more expensive than most similar 1000 watt units.  She wanted to argue about whether or not it worked.  She was told she could always have someone else look at it.  Second opinions are not out of line.  They decided to go ahead with the new one I suggested and we installed that.  Everything worked fine when it was picked up.  That was in early June.  Then she called about 2weeeks ago and said the generator wasn't working.  No mention of any other problems.  Told her to bring it in.  We checked all the systems again and found that the only problem was a tripped breaker on the generator.  When you overload it that will happen.  Reset than and charged her for a half hour.  She didn't like that.  Took it home.  Called again the next day and told me there was something wrong.  Red light was on the inverter.  That happens when you overload it and run the batteries down.  Safety device.  Just means that you have to charge the batteries. As usual, she wanted to argue with me again about the whole thing.  I told her there was nothing wrong with the system.  She continued to push the subject until I said that was all I was going to take on this and take it someplace else.  She was furious.  Threatened me and told me she was going to sue me and all kinds of things.  Made some scandalous statements on Siskiyou Grapevine accusing us of "scamming her" and my attorney has advised me to sue here for liable and slander and trying to ruin my reputation!  I work on over 1,000 vehicles a year and have never had anyone say things like this before!  As for the damage to the cabinet, I can't say.  My tech says it was that way when he looked at it and since someone had taken it out before and worked on it we don't know, except if we had done that we would have repaired it at our expense.  We would never leave a job like that.  [redacted] thinks she is some kind of electrical whiz and she is definitely not!  I have never spoken to her husband about it.  Seems like a decent sort.  He signed the work order and it clearly says on the inverter (EXCHANGE) and we always sell our appliances that way.  When they not good for anything like this one, we recycle them.  So having it back is out of the question.  As for any refund, that is out of the question.  We did way more on this than we collected for.  And lastly, my technician demonstrated all the systems for her when she picked it up.  All were working fine!
