Ben,                 I would like to take this opportunity to set the record straight regarding the recent purchase of the above referenced tractor.                 On Thursday March 30, 2017, your father Vern Schmidt stopped by our facility in Buckeye, AZ, and meet with Eric H[redacted].  Upon [redacted] request, Eric showed him the Case IH 8920.  At this time, he test drove the tractor around our yard and onto the roadway.  We provided him with a complete description and five pictures of the unit.  Please see attached.  Vern came back again on Friday March 31, 2017, to actually purchase the machine.  A bill of sale was written and Vern reviewed and signed same.  Please see attached signed bill of sale.  On both visits, [redacted] told Eric that he “couldn’t find anything that didn’t work on the tractor” and he seemed very impressed by the machine.                 As stated on the bill of sale, Integrated agreed to change the axles to long axles, include used duals, and check antifreeze.  As we prepared to ship this unit, we not only completed these three items, but also gave the tractor a complete going over which included but was not limited to the following:                 Ran Overhead                Checked Injectors                Replaced Turbo                 Further, as you will note on the signed bill of sale, the tractor is used and sold as is.  While we make every effort to refurbish our inventory, this particular unit is over twenty years old.  The tractor left Buckeye, AZ in sound mechanical condition as your father can attest to.                  If you have legitimate grievances regarding the mechanical condition of this unit, please email us a list so we can review and thoughtfully respond to same.  Please refrain from calling, texting, or emailing our employees.  But rather email me directly.   Sincerely, Richard H[redacted] 9 Attachments

The tractor was not in the same condition as when my Father looked at it.  It took over a month for me to receive the tractor after initial purchase.  After I received tractor and called with a list of things that were not fixed and misrepresented, they quit returning my phone calls and will never call back.
