I was pressured to buy the insuranceIt was like what you hear about predatory lendingThey pressured you to buy the extended coverage on my vehicleI felt pressured and was very apprehensive about buying cause I really could not afford the insurance I had recently bought my FordThey immediately started emailing me which I am not sure how they got my emailUSA Auto Protection LLC took advantage of meThey said I had a month to cancelSo after I realized what happened I called back to cancelI have all of this documentedAfter calling one person they told me my case could not be handled til said sales person is back in from vacationThe I emailed them stating my displeasure and requesting my account to be cancelled and I would get a full refund since I had a month to cancelThis took weeks and several emails before they would cancelIt was like they were stringing me along to try and get to the month so they did not have to pay me my dollarsWell they finally is
I called USA AUTO PROTECTION,LLC ABOUT A PLAN and payed them and in about two weeks I lost my driver so I cancelled my plan, they said they would see what they could do I called them back and they wouldn't Hav'nt answered their phone since I talked too them .it hadn't been two weeks since I got the plan.so all I wanted was my money back .They set the plan up with *** *** *** *** IN St.Louis,Mo
This plan was purchased and cancelled on July 5th within the month to get the full refundTo obtain the full refund the information they requested was sent and receivedMy P.O.Ahas contacted them multiple times to try and resolve this because the dollars has not been refunded and is still not being refundedWe keep getting told to call this number *** but it just directs us back to USA auto protectionbecause we cancelled before the month was over no money was taken and they keep telling her that the refund needs to come from the refund company *** but she can not get a number to talk to anyone*** *** is the gentleman she has been talking to and he has sent emails to *** and another young man sent one also so emails have been sent to *** with no responseThey will not provide me with a phone number that I can talk to *** myself and tell me the number above is the only number they have, this is ridiculous this account was cancelled
