I applied with IP a year ago for a job had an interview and was told to wait 6 months so I got a job some where else and waited the 6 months had another interview went pretty good they said they would call me soon but a months later nothing so I called and they said were checking your references that went on for another tell I walked in when they were interview in my area and was told to wait 6 more months so I did and at the being of this year I applied again and called every other day and always got the same answer that they weren't needing people from my area but I work a contracted security job for one of there clients and more and more people kept getting jobs from IP and I kept calling and getting the same answer tell just last week I check at the department of labor to see when IP would be doing interviews they said Monday so I called IP and they said were not interviewing up there and then I told them I just talked to the department of labor where you do your interviews she asked me to hold so u did then I talked to someone else that said he would call me the next but I didn't get a call so I called them and I could tell the guy wasn't to happy at telling me that they weren't going to help me get in to the mill but what makes me mad is they won't say why they said no and that it took them a year of lieing to me just to tell me no but it is what it is

While I'm sure the service that IP Labor gives to their clients is satisfactory, due to their A+ rating, the service they do their employees is far below standard.
I joined IP Labor almost 3 months ago, looking for work in the Post Falls, Liberty Lake area. It did not take long at all, based on my resume for IP Labor to call me in for a face to face interview. The interview went along as normal and I left feeling satisfied and excited at the prospect of a new job. However, this was the last time that my experience with this company ended on a positive note.
I was told that I would receive a call with more information about what IP Labor had to offer for someone in my position (no criminal or financial record, clean drug testing, near perfect resume, but minimal experience) in a week to two weeks. During this time, after not receiving any message from the company, I called back and asked for the person that I interviewed with. They told me, numerous times, that they were still working on my references, and they would call with new information.
Almost 2 months after waiting for IP Labor to respond, and job hunting on my own as usual, I finally received a call back telling me that they had FINALLY cleared my references and they would be calling the companies I wanted to work for to offer my position, and would call me back in the next couple days to let me know if there was even an open position. This was about 2 weeks ago as of today, 8/14/14.
As of yet, I have not heard back from IP Labor, and am left to assume that either they have not contacted these companies on my behalf, or have gotten word from the companies and neglected to tell me. Either way, my experience as a potential employee with this company, compared to the one quite similar in the surrounding area, has been completely negative. They may be able to provide quality employees to their clients, but have no sense of dedication or urgency toward the people that wish to apply as said employees.
