[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The contractor speaks about delay yet the timing and agreement of additional work on the contract was not as agreed to and was delayed by days (I did not get back with my response for days) I am to accept delays but the contractor isn't willing to do so? In the interim (of contract signing and agreement) I paid said contractor a check which was cashed, yet the contractor came into my home under pretense of doing work and took his tools and materials that I gave him a check to buy and left my home No calls, no conversations but it is ok for him to have delays, for him to have several different workers in my home, for his fired workers to come to my home, cause a scene where police needed to be called, for him to overcharge and under deliver on services I think not The quality of workmanship delivered by his apprentices and his continued delay with all his execuses is un-acceptable I have to most of the work which was done unprofessionally, I have to re-purchase materials which I already paid for and yet I am to call He should have called prior to being deceptive and removing my property out of my home Regards, [redacted]
