[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I had a conversation with Jason in which he denied installing the floor. I  cannot recall if it was via email or telephone. The initial problem with the floor was never remedied with new material. The flooring was partially removed by the flooring installer and the Armstrong representatives when they found water underneath the flooring. This problem existed immediately following the completion and continued to persist and further degrade the flooring until the flooring failed, at which point Armstrong representatives inspected the site. They produced a report which explained the issue. Before the work started, I did in fact discuss with Jason that I felt the entire pipe should be replaced, and he assured me that it would be. It is irrelevant as to whether or not he can recall the conversation. Why would a professional leave only a few inches of old pipe remaining when the rest of the pipe in its entirety was replaced due to age and deterioration? it was in fact discussed and agreed upon. I did send an email thanking them for their work as I was initially happy thinking that the job was completed as promised. I could not have had prior knowledge of the failure that awaited us. The run around, lack of follow up or support only started after the invoice was paid. I find it strange that the company claims to recall specific details regarding the job when throughout my attempts at warranty claim they repeated stated they were unfamiliar with the particulars of the site and had to schedule several follow up appointments to re-familiarize themselves with the site--further prolonging a resolution. While I appreciate the $750 offer, it has been months without a resolution (and a kitchen floor). I would consider resolving this dispute if that figure were more proportional to the scope of the job. As a police officer I understand that a full refund will be unlikely without civil court assistance, but I would like to move on and start remedying the situation. I am willing to resolve the matter with a fair offer.

In response to the complaint filed with the Revdex.com by [redacted] on June 13, 2015.please be advised of the First Bank and Trust Company's position regarding this account:As Mr. [redacted] acknowledges, the three trustees are not in agreement regarding plans to distribute thefunds in...

the account. Upon the advice of First Bank and Trust Company legal counsel, the bank wasadvised to place an administrative hold on the funds until a court of competent jurisdiction could make adetermination directing the removal of the hold and set forth the individuals who have the proper andlegal authority to withdraw such funds. Following this counsel, First Bank and Trust did place anadministrative hold on the account which will remain until such Court direction is received.First Bank and Trust Company advised Mr, [redacted] that the Bank would provide an alternate remedy, inthat the Bank would comply with distribution requests if all three trustees could reach a written agreementregarding the handling of the account. Since no agreement regarding the handling of the account has beenreceived and the trustees remain in dispute, First Bank and Trust does not believe it is appropriate to beplaced in the decision-making role of determining which family member (trustee) to support. The allegation that a "corrupt" relationship exists between a trustee and Bank officers is an injudiciousclaim by Mr. [redacted] without foundation or merit. First Bank and Trust will continue to maintain theadministrative hold on the trust funds until an appropriate Court authority can provide a directive on theproper distribution of funds or until such time that all three [redacted] family members reach a compromise.Sincerely,[redacted]Vice President, Compliance Officer
