I hired Hightower to clean the windows at my residence One of the large windows was broken by a worker The worker told me the company has a policy to replace any broken windows I contacted the owner who first told me that she was waiting for the replacement window Three or four months have gone by and I have not heard back from the owner I have tried calling several times in good faith, and I get no return calls I recently left a message that if she did not call be back and replace the window her company broke, I would have no choice but to file a complaint with the Revdex.com I called her again about two weeks later to give her one last chance to replace the window Still no reply I called again yesterday and left yet another message with still no reply I paid the company in full when the job was done, trusting they would replace the window Nothing Therefore, I seek assistance in this matter All I want is for them to rightfully replace the window they broke
