They are telling lies onlyWe asked them at the beginning if they could supply the parts and they confirmed that they could supply and ship the parts without end user certificate and export licenceThey also signed and stamped money refund letter and parts delivery and replacement quarantee lettersWe have these documents in hand ready to send your organisation.
They say that they complained us to homeland security officeThat is perfect attitude because they frauded our money by accepting all they claim which are not legalWhen time came to do shipping they were asking us end user detailsThey clearly knew that they accepted all things at the beginning to do this shipping without end user details and export licence but they now try to threaten us not to ask them to refund our moneyThey frauded our money and we ask them to refund our money urgentlyIf they don't refund the our money then we will apply to local police department and local court to look for our rights at legal basisThey think that they could fraud the people or companies but there is no way to fraud the people and companies and they has no right to damage others by this wayOur money is in their hand and they don't want to refund itWe will not stop asking for our moneyBecause it is our money and it doesn't belong to this lTS companyThey are just frauder people and they know what illegal act they are doing.
They have to refund our money otherwise we will continue to look for our rights to end point. ]

[redacted] made it very clear in email communications to our associates he would not provide end-user information nor did he want to file for the required licenses.
