why she brought her daughter in.  I want people to be educated before they have a consultation with me.  They have to come to a 2 hour consultation that's packed with information.  Her mom wanted her to come here, meet me and go through the group counsel.  They go through about 5 hours of content to help them to make a decision if this is right for them.  They come in about 2-3 weeks later after they do some research, consult with their spouse.  They come in and they bring their spouse in.  We go over everything with the costs and the paperwork.  They have to sign the paperwork and their spouse has to sign their paperwork.  She decided to do it.  About two weeks later, she called and said she didn't do the blood work and decided she wanted to cancel.  I told her she would get the refund although she signed the paperwork and her spouse signed the paperwork.  We gave everything back minus the set up fee.  That information is in the paperwork that they signed.  Everything she said about her mom is false.  She did receive the results.  We weigh the patients every other week.
