Re: *** ***
*** *** agreed to the additional visits because she felt they would help her get better relief On the investment contract that she signed, it clearly states that there will be a $cancellation fee to cover all
administrative costs involved. She said over the phone when cancelling treatment, that she was fine with the fee. *** *** was also informed that we needed her to return to the office with the credit card that she used for payment, or she would need to give us the number over the phone so we can refund the remaining $251. She never did either one of these options
Had *** *** come to us with these concerns instead of contacting the Revdex.com, we could have resolved this issue with her. Integrative Health has decided to refund *** *** the *** $***. However, we still need her to return to the office, or she needs to work with us over the phone

We do offer free visitsWhen scheduling, each new patient is told over the phone that we need proof of insuranceWe also tell them again once they come to our office for their first free visitWe require proof of their insurance because we are not Medicaid providers and if the new
patient is covered under Medicaid, then we have to bill them for servicesBy finding out ahead of time before treatment, we are eliminating any billing issues.that the patient would have if we didn't tell them up front. We understand that some patients do not have any insurance at allIf they can give a good explanation t hat this is true, then we will still give them free visits. Our commercial and newspaper advertisements also specify that we are not Medicaid providers. No services are billed for the first free visits. Additional visits are not required as the complaint suggests. We offer free visits so patients can come to our office and find out what our treatment is all aboutIt also allows the doctors to determine whether or not they are a candidate for treatment in our office. Thank you for your t ime. Integrative Health

Their ad is still "bait and switch". I was NOT told on the phone I could not have the two free visits without proof of insurance and if the visits are free WHY do they need proof of insurance since they aren't going to charge. They need the insurance so they can "sign you up" for future visits that will be charged.

I went there after hearing so much about their laser V treatment for joint pain. We started on my arthritic knees. I had I believe 12 to 15 treatments. I never saw any improvement in my knees at all. Then we started on my back with laser and traction. Again I saw no improvement at all. I thought the laser was a complete waste of time, so I asked just to do the traction. But [redacted] explained protocol required I have to do both at each session. She explained that the traction created space and the laser held in the bulging disc, but that didn't make any sense since I had arthritis in my back, not a bulging disc. What made sense was they charged $150 for each individual treatment, so of course I should do both, whether they helped or not. It's not just the fact that none of the treatments worked at all, but I had to pay for them out of pocket to the tune of $7500, They claimed they checked with my insurance company and that my treatments were covered. Then they set me up with a finance company. They explained that as my insurance payments came in I could pay off the finance company. But they misled me about my insurance coverage and I never got any payments. By the time I found all this out I owed $7500 to a high interest finance company. So not not only was I responsible for the original $7500 an addition $560 in interest. So the treatments didn't work at all and it cost me a lot of money because they completely mis -led me.
