We have apologized to Mr [redacted] for the delay in response to his concerns, and have cancelled his account without penalty

We have spoken with Mr [redacted] and resolved all of his concernsFirst, we do have a policy of explaining to every customer, following installation of their alarm system, that some cities require alarm permits Nonetheless, Mr [redacted] has since applied for his permit, and we are reimbursing him for the alarm fee he incurred Additionally, a technician has serviced his alarm system and replaced a faulty motion detector at no cost to the customer Mr [redacted] is satisfied with this response

First, we apologize for the delayed response, but we have been working diligently to communicate and come to terms with Ms*** throughout the past two weeks
While there was some confusion between the discussion the sales representative seems to have had with Ms***, and the terms of the
contract, the contract that Ms*** signed did include all of the terms and payment arrangementsSince the sales representative that Ms*** dealt with no longer does business with our company, we are unable to ascertain where the confusion occurredAs a result, we have agreed to refund one-year of services fees to Ms***, per her request
It is our goal to provide excellent customer service, and we are sorry that Ms***'s experience did not meet expectations, but are hopeful that this large service credit makes up for some of her frustration
