Review: [redacted] came to repair our KitchenAid refrigerator's compressor on October 29, 2014. I requested an invoice from him and company eight different times because I need invoice of the repair in order to get reimbursed for the loss of my food. It is very frustrating to be ignored and not called back or just mail an invoice since they have my address.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate a phone call or an invoice sent to me. I find it unprofessional for a company to ignore a client.
