Mr. [redacted]’ windshield was replaced by Integrity Auto Glass on September 22nd of 2014. The only other communication Integrity has had with Mr. [redacted] thus far occurred nearly four months later on January 8th of 2015. Mr. [redacted] called Integrity representing himself as a manager of...

[redacted] and threatening legal action outright for alleged damage to his vehicle. Integrity offered to inspect the vehicle to verify the alleged damage and the inspection was refused. Mr. [redacted] refused to allow Integrity to inspect the vehicle, refused to send pictures of the damage, and repeatedly threatened the company with legal action for failure to pay damages on the alleged scratch. The call was ended mutually and nothing else described in Mr. [redacted]’ complaint was ever discussed between the two parties before or since. The first step towards recompense for alleged damage is to verify the damage, and Mr. [redacted] would not allow Integrity to do even that.After repeated attempts at coercing Integrity to pay for repairs during this call, Mr. [redacted] mentioned that the alleged damage was actually discovered by another auto glass company that was replacing his windshield. Apparently, this company both discovered the alleged damage and repaired the damage, free of charge.After this phone call from Mr. [redacted], Integrity management was left with the impression that [redacted] was taking legal action against Integrity. A call was later made from an Integrity manager to [redacted] with the intention of reaching Mr. [redacted] and getting to the bottom of his complaint. Mr. [redacted] was unavailable, and Integrity management was connected with Mr. [redacted]’ supervisor at [redacted]. Mr. [redacted]’ supervisor informed Integrity that [redacted] was not threatening legal action, and that Mr. [redacted] did not actually represent any legal aspect of [redacted]. In short, Integrity did not call [redacted] management to “tattle” on Mr. [redacted], but rather to better address his complaint. Integrity apologizes that Mr. [redacted]’ personal complaint ever came to involve his workplace or his supervisor. Integrity has formally apologized to Mr. [redacted]’ supervisor and [redacted].Integrity Auto Glass is sympathetic to Mr. [redacted]' scenario, and, since the very first word of this complaint, Integrity has pushed to pay for any damages for which it may responsible. Assuming Integrity is responsible for the damage, Integrity fully agrees to pay for the cost of repairs. Yet, according to Mr. [redacted] himself, the alleged damage has already been repaired and no longer exists.  With no damage left to repair, Integrity is unable to take any further action regarding this complaint. Integrity Auto Glass cordially apologizes for any personal distress that these unfortunate circumstances have caused Mr. [redacted] and his family. Should Mr. [redacted] wish to further discuss this matter with Integrity, he is encouraged to call ###-###-#### during business hours.

Integrity is a great company. They are extremely friendly and helpful and timely. They scheduled the replacement of my windshield for the next day and arrived exactly when they stated they would. The service tech Mike was very friendly and helpful and did a great job. I would highly recommend Integrity Auto Glass.

We experienced exceptional customer service at every point of contact with this organization...from receptionist to technician AND they did a great job! We highly recommend Integrity Auto Glass to anyone in need of windshield repair or if you just want to talk with nice people!

Consistent service over the many years I have used their services for windshields on both of my vehicles. Excellent, timely communication and professionalism every time.

They make it easy to schedule an appointment that works for me, and show up on time every time.

My experience from the time the appt was scheduled and repairmen arrived and completed the work was professional. I would recommend this company for glass repair.

I just had my Honda CR-V windshield replaced by [redacted] at Integrity Auto Glass. He was professional, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone needing auto window replacement.

Integrity Auto Glass was so easy to work with. They contacted my insurance company and they did all the paperwork. Their installer arrive the next morning(on time)and finished the installation in under 30 minutes. He cleaned the windshield and the dash and it looks beautiful. Thank you for a job well done!

Review: This is the most unprofessional windshield company I have ever dealt with! We own 4 vehicles currently and tons in the past and all while living in AZ! So we have had several windshields replaced just in the past couple of years. First they don't even call until an hour AFTER their 3 hour window time was over! Then they don't show up for another hour after that. This messed up my entire day and was already angry. They finally show up during my kids nap time and continued to ring the doorbell after I told them to just do a light knock if they needed anything!!!!!!! Then they realize they have the wrong windshield for one of the vehicles and it took us continuing to call them to get it scheduled and replaced!!!!! I guess we should have looked for another company then!! They replace the windshield in our other vehicle which today we find out is scratched along the entire top of the truck where they use the tool to remove the black seal! So my husband calls the company and talks to the Manager/Owner and he refuses to do anything about it! He was s complete jerk about it and hung up on my husband!!! What a wonderful professional company!!! You would think if the guys started to scratch the truck they would attempt to do it a little softer, but instead scratch it harder along the ENTIRE top of the truck!! But I guess they didn't care since the next time we would find out about it is when we get our windshield replaced again. So of course these guys are going to play dumb and deny deny deny. This is our brand new vehicle and now it will start to rust with every car wash and rain storm until fixed. I advise strongly against ever using this company since if they scratch your vehicle they won't tell you and will refuse to fix it when you next get your windshield replaced, if those guys even bring it to your attention. This company should not be trusted to touch any vehicle even if they are giving out a $75 gift card. The damage they cost us is 5 times that! Plus the company we are working with now offered us $100 cash today!! Not 2 weeks down the road whenever they feel like sending out the gift cards!Desired Settlement: We would like them to pay to repair the damage they caused when they replaced our windshield. We do not want them touching our vehicle again!!

I utilized Integrity Auto Glass recently and it was a great experience from beginning to end. Everyone individual I spoke with either over the phone or in person was helpful, friendly, and able to answer my questions. I would not think twice about using them again. I've already recommended them to a few others.

Review: Integrity Auto Glass damaged the interior of my Vehicle during a windshield replacement. Dropping some sort of black tar or sealant on my light colored cloth interior. Only after I noticed a wet spot where the tech tried to clean it, did he return immediately to the residence and acknowledge and accept responsibility for the damage he caused during the repair. Very unprofessional with remarks like "it's barely noticeable" and "you can hardly tell. They even tried to offer me $100.00 to settle. Nothing but the runaround from this company.Desired Settlement: The Vehicle and its interior were in great to excellent condition prior to the windshield replacement when the tech dropped black tar/ sealant on the driver seat. The seat needs to be restored to its original factory condition, not cleaned or repaired so it is "barely noticeable", by some semi professional upholsterer.

I had a great experience with Integrity Auto Glass. When I called, they were very responsive and made the ordering process go smoothly. The technician (Fred) called me as promised to let me know that he was at my work site and he did the replacement there. Afterward, he gave me instructions and a packet of what I needed to know about the installation. My windshield looks great and my car was kept in clean condition.

This place is a joke . [redacted] the office manager is misleading and a liar. They stated they would use factory glass then they showed up with import glass. I said I did not want factory glass and they said they could not get it. I called to talk to the manager [redacted] and he said I was rude and they did not want my business. At no time before that statement was I ever rude. This place is very unprofessional and I would not ever go here if I were you.

The owner was more then helpful and very friendly! He made me feel welcome and I will forever use their services! Also the customer service representatives were very polite and seemed like they enjoyed their jobs!

I would highly recommend Integrity Auto Glass to anyone who needs auto glass service because of their outstanding customer service. They worked efficiently with my insurance company to ensure my claim was completed correctly. The customer service representative that I worked with was very knowledgeable and friendly. When the time came for my windshield to be replaced, the technician arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. Overall, I could not be more satisfied with my experience!

I was happy with the quick service and a gift card as well! But most of all, I was very impressed with the thank you card I received a few days later. How nice is that? I will always recommend Integrity Auto Glass to others. This wonderful service takes me back to a "gentler world" of which we need more of. THANK YOU1

I had an amazing experience! They worked with my insurance company, came to my job 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time and finished in a timely manner. They even took the time to make sure I knew how to care for my new windshield. If I ever need another piece of glass replace I will definitely use Intgretiy again and recommend them to my family and friends.
