Review: I purchased this vehicle from the above listed dealer around 3/11/16. After driving the vehicle for a 1 days the service light came on and the tire pressure lights started flashing. I took the vehicle back to them. They kept the vehicle for 3 days and returned it back to me. The engine light came on. [redacted] ([redacted]) told me they would fix it. I told him that it was in the best interest that the car be seen at [redacted] because his team is no certified in working on [redacted]. [redacted] service [redacted] ([redacted]) informed the service [redacted] (name unknown)from Integrity what needed to be done She stated that the history of the vehicle showed history of an issue and she was surpised they didn't know about it. He ignored her and went on to tell them to just do the warranty work and the other items of concern that she mentioned. Intergrity said they would fix everything ([redacted])They keep the car from 3/18-4/1. I got the car back the service light was back on. On 4/4 the engine light came on. On 4/6 the restricted performance light came on. I took the car to [redacted]they ran test and determined that the codes have been tampered with.Desired Settlement: Return the down payment to me, that I paid for the vehicle directly to them. They had the car in there care without rectifying the issues for a total of 19 out of the 25 days I owned the vehicle. Pay directly to the certified provider, the repairs all issues with the vehicle to bring the vehicle up to certified re-sell status. All the copies of the work order documentation that they have completed and copies of the invoice of parts purchase for the vehicle that they said they performed.

Review: Upon purchasing this vehicle I was hesitant because it is a clean energy vehicle. I was promised that in 6 months I would be able to bring it back to trade in for a regular gas vehicle. since then I have called and was able to speak to [redacted] once, he was the one that promised me this option. he told me he would take it back no problem, which he didn't do. He also ensured that there were plenty stations around where I could fill up, which also is not true, I have to travel 20 minute twice a week to fill up. he also said he would do a tank inspection, I took it in to them and they ran out of time and didn't get it done. I have tried contacting [redacted] and left messages for him to call me back and neither were successful. I was cheated out on this deal since it was sold at twice the blue book value.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to take the vehicle back in trade for a gas vehicle like promised, and a fair and reasonable deal, for all of my inconvenience.

Response:

Integrity Auto Sales Inc deals with a great percentage of challenge credit customers. Our team is trained to help customers in the best way possible with financing a vehicle even with bad credit. At the time of sale we sometimes educate our customers on what kind of options they have to raise and clean up their credit. In this particular case this customer was told that if they make around half a year of payments that are on time and make sure that their credit profile stays clean - this loan will help raise their credit and built it in a positive way. Some of our customers come back in 6 months and their credit is a whole lot better and we can find them a better deal on a loan with better rates. In the long run Integrity Auto Sales Inc does not determine legibility of refinancing and getting better deals on loans - that all depends on the customers credit history and the lending institutions.

Response:

I am rejecting this response because: What the business is stating is not true. The issue is not credit the issue is the fact that the vehicle uses clean energy fuel instead of regular gas. Because of this is the reason we were told we could bring it back in six months. The general manager told us there were clean energy stations all over the area which happened to not be true. I was over charged for this vehicle and am now having a difficult time trying to trade it in else where because of that. I just want this business to honor their word of taking it back for a different vehicle that uses gas. I spoke to [redacted] (general manager) two weeks ago about this and haven't heard from since. He asked me to resubmit new applications and I did but still nothing. every time I call he's never available, even if they told me to call back in a certain amount of minutes. If this wasn't true why does he not just call me back as promised and tell me. Him ignoring me, avoiding my calls and not being straight forward or calling me back speaks for it self!

Review: On May 15, 2015 my son [redacted] purchased the vehicle in section 3 of this form from Integrity Auto Sale. on the day of the purchase a deposit of 5,000.00 dollars was put down on the vehicle he was asked by the salesman ([redacted]) to tell the bank (BANK NAME UNKNOWN) that 5,500.00 was put down on the car which was not true, 5,000 was put down at the time. On June 1, 2015 [redacted] returned to Integrity Auto sales and put another 500.00 dollars for the rest of the down payment which added up to the 5,500.00 that they said the bank wanted. The bank did not approve the financing for the vehicle. [redacted] received a call from integrity asking him to bring the car back because the bank would not approve the loan, arriving back at the dealership he was greeted by a salesman by the name of ([redacted] stated to [redacted] the the bank denied him and that they would finance him through the dealership which they called(IN HOUSE FINANCING) and he could still keep his vehicle. [redacted] told [redacted] the they could finance the car for 5229.00 dollars he had give them 5,500.00 [redacted] told [redacted] that he would have a credit of 271.00 only owing 293.27 dollars on June 27th to complete the first months car payment of 522.27 for June. They are not providing us with information about the interest or principal payments towards the car charging late fees on the statements unable to advise why they're charging them. and will not provide us a new contract under the business explaining the interest rates and other charges.Desired Settlement: I would like a new contract if the bank is not financing the vehicle or they can take the car back and refund the money that was put down for the deposit

Integrity Auto Sales Inc in this case that is being put forth by [redacted], would like to request direct contact with the buyer - [redacted] - not someone who is a family member but was not there at the time of purchase of the vehicle on 05/13/2015. Stated true the customer [redacted] bought a vehicle 2008 [redacted] Santa Fe from Integrity Auto Sales Inc on 05/13/2015. Mr. [redacted] was the one and only making the decision and outside buyers were not involved in this sales. From the very start, [redacted] - finance manager of Integrity Auto Sales Inc - told [redacted] that the type of loan he had requested was impossible to get from a finance company. [redacted] told [redacted] that Integrity would have to be his finance bank and that he will be making payments to Integrity as a [redacted] customer. Once the monthly payments started to be due, [redacted] started giving us problems stating the dealership is giving him the run around with the payments. Mr. [redacted] had a clear stated contract in which all of his monthly payments and dates were written. One of Integrity's Finance personnelles went over the contract with him and he signed the contract agreeing that he understood everything that disclosed in the sale contract CA LAW-553. Regular monthly payment invoices were sent out as as the welcome packet to the address that Mr.[redacted] provided at the time of sale. Payments of $522.27 were due on the 27th of each month starting as of 06/27/2015. Mr.[redacted] only made 2 monthly payments with which he had numerous questions and for the 1st payment he had some finance issues which we took in consideration and he only paid us $300 and Integrity took a goodwill act upon the rest of the 1st payment of $222.27 It is Mr.[redacted] legal right to refinance if he desires but the original contract is operating and unless the customer returns the car in the same condition he had taken it - Integrity will not take the car back and undo the sale. Thank you.

Review: When I bought the car the gas gauge didn't work. There was also no air filter. The next day I told Vitali the man who sold me the car. He stated he would take a look and fix the problem. It's been over 3 months and I brought my car in and they worked on it. When they brought it back the miles on my car were different. I told vitali and didn't think nothing was wrong with that. He said the gas gauge works now. So we got in a argument and I instructed him to put the old one back in and I'd handle it myself. The customer service here is garbage and the business they do is not professional.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my car fixed the proper way with brand new parts not used crap from the junk yard like he said it was.

Complaint Response:

The complainant bought his/her car at Integrity Auto Sales Inc on 03/01/2014 . Four months later, roughly on or around 7/14/2014, he/she comes to Integrity Auto Sales asking for our help with the gas gauge. After reviewing his/her request, the management decides to help the complainant at no cost to him/her. The fixation would have to be a used part due to - if the part would be brand new it would come with 0 miles. After Integrity Auto Sales resolved the gas gauge problem, the complainant made an argument about the fact that after the gas gauge was replaced the miles on the car were different. He/she afterward wanted to be assured that the gas gauge was fixed and at his/her own best estimate came to a conclusion that the gas gauge was not reading correctly. The conclusion was made on the fact that after putting in 1/4 quart gas into the vehicle the gas gauge showed 1/2 full. After another discussion with the complainant, the management team proposed to have the gas gauge replaced with the same amount of miles, - the offer was refused. Integrity Auto Sales cannot force their services to someone who turns them down. At this point to resolve the complaint and to live up to our expectations of excellent customer service we are still open to providing our service to the complainant. Thank you and we look forward to serving you.

Review: I purchased a warranty with the dealership at the time of purchase. After two weeks the check engine light went on and I smelled gas every time I would get in vehicle, come to find out there was a leak from the gas tank. I notifed the dealership I took my car in to get gas tank replaced they said they had to order part so they put a plug in for the time being and etc. The day after the check engine light went back on, the car was leaning to the left when parked, the brake wear warning came on the message system and the entire car was shaking when in drive. They said that they needed to order parts so when they get it then we would be able to take it n for service. Two weeks later still no call back from the dealership so I called them. they said go ahead and bring the car in for service. I drop the car off on Thursday May 7th 2015 for service. I get a call from sales associate "[redacted]" he states that the dealerships "mechanic" pulled the vin number up and said that the vehicle is still covered under Mercedes warranty its still under 150,000 miles so its still covered. I then asked some question to get some clarity on this situation because I waited for two weeks for parts then they send me to the Mercedes dealership, to get serviced. So today I drop my car off at Mercedes they tell me the warranty is for the gas tank not for all the things I that needs work. Why wouldn't the dealership tell me this And why wouldn't they fix the other things that needed fixing other than just the gas tank, when I dropped the vehical on the 7th. They have me running around and making a fool out of myself, when they should have did the work I needed done instead of lying to me about a warranty when in all actuality I purchased a warranty through them when I first bought the car regardless if I still had a warranty thru Mercedes I didn't purchase it from the Mercedes dealership I purchased it through Intergity auto sales they are responsible For any service needed under the warranty I purchased.Desired Settlement: If they can't do the service as needed then give me a car that runs better than this vehicle. This vehicle will not last 6months, look at now just a month after purchase date though things weren't running well after two weeks. I'm just tired of being lied to about getting service. If that was the case why didn't say nothing about the Mercedes warranty when I first took it in ( when they placed the plug in my gas tank). Fix everything that needs to be fixed or give me a another vehicle of my pick

Review: My husband and I visited this shady place (very unprofessional demeanor). No accountability

Whatsoever, in fact we were told " I don't give a S---- if you tell Obama"!!!!

He threaten my daughter's Father and refused to mediate upon my request. We had no recourse on account of his hostile and threatening attitude. Farmers Insurance representative, [redacted] stated " If, he sold you a lemon, he should give your money back"

I refer to him as he; do not recall his name and we felt threatened. His name is [redacted].

[redacted] twice returned to Integrity Auto for mechanical issues, called and was notified "no longer in business"

The car has since been inoperable. Engine repairs are estimated $3,000.Desired Settlement: The estimate for repair $1,175.73.

Rep for Integrity stated "[redacted] is responsible. Rep at Integrity began using inappropriate language "If [redacted] said I sold you a Lemon, and should return your money, etc etc"

Response:

Our customer ( a grown woman) came in alone and purchased the vehicle. She test drove it and she liked it. At the time that she took the vehicle off the lot it was in full operation with a completed smog emission pass and safety pass. A few days later after she was involved in a minor crash the current owner of the vehicle (customer) came in with her mother stating that they have been in an accident and now we have to fix her car. We refused and referred her to her insurance carrier. Her mother then had the vehicle towed by the father and wanted to unload the vehicle into the service shops owned by Integrity Auto. The management refused to receive the vehicle and prohibited the unloading of the vehicle on Integrity's property. The customer is financing the vehicle through Integrity Auto Sales Inc, and has not made a single payment towards the load of the vehicle. Also, Integrity Auto Sales Inc as of right now refuses to accept the estimated repair for $1,175.73 due to the following facts:- the vehicle was in an accident- the vehicle was bought as is- the vehicle was sold with no problems at the time of sale- the buyer refused a service contract- the buyer refused a 2 day grace periodPlease feel free to contact management about this issue.

Consumer

Response:

I am rejecting this response because: 1. There was never an accident or collision. Vandalism occurred in a parking lot. 2. The vehicle engine failed twice within two weeks of vehicle's purchase and was returned to the dealer for repair or replacement. 3. The third failure was on the freeway and required the vehicle to be towed by the insurance company (Farmer's Insurance) who acknowledged failure of the engine. Supposedly, the customer ([redacted]) had a check mailed to her which she never received. 4. The vehicle was a cash purchase for $7,499 and included a one year warranty. There is no balance remaining. 5. The vehicle clearly should qualify for return of the customer's funds or replacement of a vehicle in acceptable condition under the State's lemon laws. We have been told that other female customers have purchased vehicles from Integrity Auto with similar results.

I received no response to my offer. In the interim the mechanic notified me "that car is very unsafe for your daughter to drive". Please advise I expect the return of at least half my money $7,000.Otherwise, we will contact our Congressman and Senator to expose what has not transpired on this complaint.

Consumer states that the money has been refunded to her account.

Business

Response:

Our customer [redacted] was refunded her down payment of $2250.00 which she put down towards a car of purchase on 4/11/14. The refund was done the next day on 4/12/14 because by the time that we figured out all of her information to get financed was fraud the card reader has already closed the batch for the day. Attached below is the receipt that the transaction was done.
