Integrity serviced my house and neglected to tell me to clean or cover my fireplace.They did not cover it either. I came home to Ash and Soot all over my walls and my carpet. I contacted Art(owner) and he assured me he would make it right and call Stanley Steamer to clean up. I haven't heard from him or had this resolved.
Customer sent pictures of her home for us to go over what was needed to get ready in preparation for heat remediation. While going through pictures her fireplace was not clearly visible and was not brought up in conversation while going over what was needed to get prepared for the treatment. Customers are always advised to clear ash trays and also anchor down any loose items. Ash in a fireplace would be considered a loose item. This was not taken care of by the customer prior to the treatment. We offered to cover a portion of the cost to have the carpet cleaned in her home but she stated we should cover 100% of the cost. We tried to resolve the conflict with the customer but she was not willing to accept our offer to help cover some of the cost.
I am rejecting this response because: Not one person from integrety tild me to cover or clean fireplace after I sent pictures or when they came the day to service me.
This place has been I my house twice and we have followed there directions to the letter. We still have bed bugs. That was almost $1,800.00 down the drain. I am highly disappointed with the way they handled it. If you see any bugs within 90 they will come back out and treat. Within 2 weeks we saw more bugs. They came out again close to the end of the 90 days and said that they will NOT be back again. I am highly upset that I sent all this money and now I can’t get them to return to fix the issue.
This customer was a tenant living at addresss of fathers home. This tenant failed to properly prep his home for us to do the treatment. We gave him both verbal step by step instructions on how to prep his home as well as in writing. Each time we returned, which was twice afterwards the home was just as messy and they had done nothing to be preventative. They had clothing laying everywhere and expected us to keep them bedbug free while they continued to go to same school and work and bring them back in. We went above and beyond our contracted agreement to help this family. Bedbug education was given and ignored. Our record proves every client before was satisfied to the fullest. Unfortunately not everyone is follows post treatment protocols. Also not one time did he follow contract and send proper video or provide live evidence.

I called Integrity Company when I realized we were having a bug problem. Art immediately answered the phone and set up an appointment for me, at my time and schedule. They arrived even a little bit earlier than scheduled, which was great for us. They explained everything before hand on the phone, so this process went fast. I was very happy with the results and would recommend this company. I now have peace of mind. Art was someone who could relate to my stress. We had tried chemical sprays with another company and that did not work. So glad I made this call. Wonderful company.

Artie and Integrity Bed Bug Solutions was completely professional and did the job right. We had BB last year and the company we used did not do a thorough job.

Art and his crew of professionals were simply amazing! Fast service the treatment only took the one day and my problem was solved with just the one treatment! No chemicals were used which is a HUGE plus for me. He and his crew were very friendly, discreet, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone for this problem!

The crew at Integrity Bed Bug Solutions are awesome! They were very friendly and helped explain the heat treatment process that they use, so that I knew exactly what they were about to do. After just one treatment my house was free and clear of all the pests. I haven't had any more problems since the Integrity crew left my home. Thank you guys soo much. Both with my problem and being as helpful and polite as you were. Definitely getting my recommendation anytime I can!
