The first time we were there, they were moving into the building that we were to clean and there were heavy items placed in front of the vents that we needed to access. The building was under construction and was very dirty. We were called back...

for the missed vents and we gladly went back out to clean them without charge. She called and complained again about a second address and we offered to come out and she refused to have us come back. We guarantee our work 100% and we have a 4.5 star rating. We do not gain ratings like that for doing shoddy work. We pride ourselves on honesty and Integrity and work hard for our customers. So if having clean ducts were the issue she would have let us come back out to redo it. The technician mentioned in the complaint (which was named incorrectly) was so confused by her attitude he didn't know how to handle her or her demands. He did what he was told and misunderstood her on her request to wait for him to go to the next job site. We have signed documentation by her that the job was approved. We believe this is an attempt at gaining a refund for a job completed.

Mark is fabricating the whole story. He doesn't even have the whole story correct.
There was not one thing in the business yet not even boxes. Everything was in storage still.
First off, mark the owner did not come the first time he sent I believe it is his son who did the work. Trevor. This young man is maybe 20 years old. He did not clean throughly even Mark apologized because the gents were documented for a charge but forgotten when cleaned.
When Mark came the second time to redo the vents that were missed he seen these ducts were wide open. One was in the restroom that had been on the wall by the ceiling, the second missed was in the room in the basement that has still no furniture today in it. The vent is again by the ceiling the third vent missed was in the main office there was two vents and it had nothing in there.
I had a bench and desk in the kitchen but that was all.
The third time they were called out was mark still missed the two vents.
When we removed a few vents they still were with dead insects and dust and debris.
I will be getting another company to come give another opinion and probably go to court there was no call on my house to redo it. I figured they can not get the job right the first few times why ask again.
I have this on my Facebook and found out three friends are going through the same.
The young guy never talked to me and when he completed each job why would you just leave the lights on each time or lie about all of this.

We are sorry she feels this way. We value our customers and their opinion on us. Unfortunately, we were unable to make her happy. She has gone above and beyond on all social media sites she can to smear our company name and the people who work for us. Again, we have offered to come out and see what it is we missed, to make her happy. The things she is saying are mostly fabricated. We do not usually miss vents so if something was missed it was because it was hidden. She let us know about it and we came back out to clean them. Everything is cleaned through the trunk lines so in reality the whole system is already cleaned but we take that a step further and go through with rods to clean the vents individually to assure a thorough cleaning. We still stand by our promise to come out and make sure she is happy with our service but to continue to slander our company is completely uncalled for considering we have done everything we can on our part to make it right except offer her a refund.

I am rejecting this response because: I have called multiple times trying to talk to the owner Mr....

N[redacted] but he never returned my call since January. After I submitted this complain the issue persisted in different forms. I had to go pick up my bill of landing from [redacted] myself because my APT number what not typed on the label my last name was typed wrong as well. Because of the two week back and forth created due to someone inability to type correctly the bill of landing and shipment labels, I have to spend another 100 dollars to ship the bill of landing oversea. If this not for all this issues, these documents would have travel with someone as planned. That is a total of $170 I came up with due to a poor management. We could have avoided all this issue if I was not prevented from talking to the owner every time I called to complain. He is not in that was the answer I always got regardless of the time I called and I never got a call back either even though I asked that he call me back.They need to take appropriate steps to solve this issue, as I am not looking forward to do business with or recommend this company to anyone.
