Integrity Carports

I purchased a Triple Wide Carport from Integrity in October weeks ago after a major storm in North Texas, my carport blew completely over It was destroyedI did not think anything could be done and the carport would be a total lossAfter I took pictures of the carport to send to Integrity we noticed that only drive in anchors were used when the building was installedIt was supposed to come with high wind anchors (mobile home anchors)Eric, the manager of Integrity, immediately took responsibility for the installation errorThey replaced my entire carport at no chargeThey were at my house less than week later installing a new carport and hauled off the damaged oneI was very impressed with the quick response from Integrity and I would definitely refer my friends and family again to Integrity for any carport needs

I recently had Integrity install two buildings on my propertyThe whole process was very easy and smoothOrdering was simple and exactWhen I got my ground ready sooner than anticipated, I was able to advance the installation dateThe crew showed up on time with everything they neededThey worked long days through heat and high humidity to complete the installationI am very pleased with the two buildingsThey are square and strongUnfortunately, the new buildings make my old farm buildings look really shabby! Thanks for an excellent job!

Started off by getting called to set up a day for deliveryThe afternoon the day before delivery, they called to change it because the driver was shutdown by dotMy husband & I both work, so I had to change my vacation day last minute to accommodate the delivery dateDay of delivery, started out before am receiving a phone call from a hispanic man that barely spoke english asking me how to get to my home because he was lostI'm born & raised in the USA, I don't speak spanishI thought since it took weeks for delivery & had to have all the dimensions, trim, etcat time of ordering, that it would all be a prefab kit, that would just take time to piece togetherNope they were out on my yard using tin shears to cut pieces to sizeVery unprofessional!!! The cuts don't look good, all jig jaggedThey didn't screw the screws in a straight linePieced the j trim on the legsAlthough it is fthigh legs & after some research I know for sure they come in ftpiecesNot to even mention, the dented sheets of metal & scratches they did while screwing the trim on to the metal frameSpoke to the place I originally ordered it through, they told me not to pay the balance until the work is correctAfter almost months, they contacted me today requesting paymentI told Felicia, the customer service rep, I've been waiting for the product to be done correctlyShe acted as if she had no clue what I was talking aboutShouldn't my account be noted with the pics I sent and the issues I have stated need fixed correctlyStill pushing for me to pay for the carport without the work being done correctly May just take it as a 10% loss & walk awayHighly do not recommend them

Look for another company We had nothing but issues We were told it would take hours for our building...ended up taking over a month Crew was bad, they had to call in another crew to finish the job and reorder more metal We were never told there would be a 3% charge for using a credit card until we got ready to pay I definitely would not use this company again The building is nice once it got done!

I have had a wonderful experience with Integrity from the office to the installation of my carportI ordered my carport and had it within weeks the office was pleasant to work with and the installers very helpfulI appreciate the integrity of this company and the experience we hadWhat I appreciate also is this company gave me a courtesy call to make sure everything in the sale went smoothlyI appreciate the time they take with their customers from start to finishHighly recommend this company from the smallest to the largest of buildings

I'm very disappointed in Integrity... I ordered our carport on June 19, 2015.. at a local dealer in Idabel paid my 10% down and signed agreement and was told it would be 2 to 4 weeks. Well 4 weeks went by I call main Ashdown Ar office and was told running behind because they were being fabricated. Okay im pretty laid back kinda person well I get a phone call from Ashley In the office on July 28,2015 confirming a date of August 5, 2015 today.... for a time between 10 am to 2 pm ... 2:30 rolls around I call office .. she tries to contact them ... oh it will be today at 7:50 pm I get a phone call from worker saying we can do it this evening or in morning told him no busy rest of week he says let me call you back and talk to boss... 8:25 pm get a call back again we can come in morning... are you kidding me I had done said no the first time you called it has been 7 weeks come this Friday... I told the worker I guess were taking a loss on the 10%.. I'm sorry i'm not a mean person but this has been absolutely ridiculous... I would not recommend them at all I know problems come up but dang this is not very business like.. Lara B[redacted]

I paid my deposit for my building then it was 3 weeks later before they came to build it. They did not have all the components for my building and a customer rep called me and said they would send a crew out in 2 more weeks to complete the job. No one showed--no phone call--nothing. I finally called and was given another completion date of 2 more weeks--and again--no one showed--no phone call. 7 weeks and still waiting for my building to be completed.
