The response from this business is unacceptable. First, the cracking of the stucco on my columns is from poor workmanship from this company. This was the second time that they repaired these cracking issues and never did it correctly. They first repaired these when the did some painting for the interior of my house. Then, because of the cracking, the repaired and painted these during the exterior painting jobThis is part of the exterior painting job and is covered under their warranty.Secondly, the comment about the window frames was a complete lie. The window/door frames were never painted beforephoenixhousepainting.com are the only ones to paint over them. These were the original metal frames installed by the builder.I'm not sure why Mr*** won't honer his warranty. As I mentioned in my complaint, he scheduled a time to come to my house and complete these repairs, then he didn't show up and hasn't returned my calls sinceI would like these repairs done ASAP

We do offer a ten year warranty on our workmanship and products applied on a residential repaintThis covers workmanship and materialsThe location in question where this homeowner has pieces flaking off is due to a settling issueIt was there when we original performed work on his home and it is
there againWe cannot and are not licensed to deal with structural issuesThe other location that this homeowner had pointed out to me was the metal threshold of his rear sliding doorThis home was previously painted by an inferior painter who painted all of the metal frames on all windows and doorsThis is not recommended by usSince they were previously coated we had no alternative but to paint them again We pressure washed then primed all metal frames with an industrial primer prior to a top coatThe area that is failing is do to constant foot traffic that is on a substrate that should have never been coated to begin with
